Hampton Inn Joplin

Not a good experience. I book 3 weeks prior on this app. When I arrived at the Hotal after a long drive, the King Room I booked was not available. They only had a full bed double. It was late and I needed a room so I went ahead and did it and they told me that they were able to lower my price. When I went to check out, the manager told me that that was not possible and therefore I paid for a king room, but had to sleep in a Double room. I will probably never use this app again.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and friendly desk attendant. Would recommend staying here.

The room was great. Clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast needs a lot of help. Did not have the usual items you see on a hotel breakfast. No biscuits, gravy, The eggs were awful. I’ll stay there again but will not be eating there breakfast. Chick Fil A is right across the parking lot

Instead of a chair they put a footstool under table kind of low to sit on. Bathroom walk in shower leaks water in whole bathroom floor.

Very nice hotel. My only complaint would be that the "closet" was very odd. Just a narrow space behind a curtain with a few pegs to hang things on. And just three pegs to hang towels on in the bathroom and two small towel bars for rags or hand towels. It didn't matter much since we only stayed one night. If we had stayed longer, it would have been inconvenient.

Updated, well-maintained property and rooms. Exceptionally friendly and accomodating, with all those great breakfast choices I've come to expect from Hampton.

The room has a strange smell but otherwise very clean! Nice front desk staff/professional.

It was one of the best stays I have had.
