Value for $$ with respect to nearness to tenmonkan + quiet environment + in-house washer with bathroom doubling as a dryer room (works much better than a washer dryer). There are 3 chicken eateries next to this lodging- one of which has long queues

玄関に入るナンバーが送られて来ず、困りました。施設はとても綺麗で良いのですが、お風呂を洗うスポンジ等がなく、困りました。それさえきちんとしていたらまたぜひ泊まりたいです

入口のパスワード、全く異なる数字だった。
チャットで問合せると、「ホテルを間違えてませんか？確認して下さい。」との返事。
交番で確認すると返事送ると、すぐ正しいパスワードが送られてきましたが、最初から不信感満載でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが、エアコンフィルターや棚が埃で真っ黒。掃除しましたが、咳がとまらず滞在中、室内でずっとマスク生活でした。体調崩し辛かったです。
天文館や中央駅は徒歩圏内で、美味しい大分唐揚げ弁当屋さんも近くにあり、立地は良かったです。室内で寛げなかったためもう利用する事はないですね。

今まで止まった場所で一番イライラさせられましたので今後泊まることはないですね。
部屋に設置されているタブレットがなぜか鳴りっぱなしでAIチャットに連絡しても応答なし電話しても応答なしHPないからチャット連絡しても使えませんと表示される。
ちゃんとホテルマンのいるホテルに泊まることをお勧めします。

落ち着きあるインテリア、清潔でした。
3人だったため、1人はソファーで寝ましたが、ブランケットのかぶり物がなく寒かった。
最終日は隣の部屋の子供達が興奮して走り回り、うるさかったです。気持ちは良くわかりますが。
また簡単な調味料（塩やサラダ油等）、お風呂には湯おけがあったら良かったのですが。
快適で、機会があればまた利用したいです。

初めての無人ホテルでした。**********には、アパートメントとの表記はなく、ホテルだと勘違いしました。チェックインの二日前に、チェックインに必要なエントランスのキーが送られてくるようですが、届ておらず、コールセンターに「届いてない」旨伝えたら、「送ってますので」とかなり強く言われました。迷惑メール等も確認しましたが届いてないです。かなり不信感しかありません。
アパートメントタイプはトラブルが多いので避けてたのですが、予約時にはわからず、表記を改善する必要があると思います。また、コールセンターも5時までしかやってないので、たまたまつながったからいいものの、チェックインできなかった可能性もあると思うと怖くてなりません。

無人受付で誰とも会わずチェックイン、チェックアウト。部屋はきれいでしたが、長期滞在向けですね。パジャマがないので単泊出張などではビジネスホテルで十分かも。
