夜裡一直房間樓層有噪音 衞生間破爛陳舊 早上還被催退房

首先，吧枱服務態度極差，樓道陰暗不開燈，房間潮濕，緊臨大路噪音大的睡不着，早餐另加高額費用，還難吃，住了全國那麼多酒店，看不上房間都可以隨時退房，唯獨開封人的全季酒店不行，各種理由推卸責任，特別節假日旅遊旺季，價格瘋長的厲害，和當地的消協同穿一條褲子，一樣的黑，非常不推薦這樣垃圾的服務態度。

設施太差了，忘記看開業時間了，2016年開業的，應該是第一批全季，各方面設施都很差，尤其是床墊，一翻身彈簧咯咯吱吱，彈簧還膈的身上非常疼，一晚上醒了4.5次，淋浴花灑也不舒服，衞生間非常小，一股尿騷味。雙床房衹有1.2米的，如果帶孩子更建議換一家。本來來開封是個開心的事，因為住在這讓家裡人非常不開心，ps：有啥説啥，店員的服務還是一貫地到位。

酒店還不錯，有免費地下停車場，車位充足，早上5點半，樓下開始轟轟響，猜測可能是廚房開油煙機開始做飯了？具體是啥不清楚，還好我們6點半就要出發，也無所謂了。就是得吐槽一下開封的馬路，酒店附近遛了一圈，人行道幾乎沒有一塊地磚是完整的，基本都是稀碎，這城建工程質量有待提高呀。

這家全季不錯，服務非常到位。孩子特別喜歡機器人，酒店服務特別讓機器人給送個東西，孩子美的不行。酒店早餐也比較豐富，有河南當地的特色美食，也有適合其他的各種東西。
