The hotel really doesn't deserve this price and star rating. The room doesn't have a separate air conditioner, only a central air conditioner. The temperature is 28 degrees, and the room can only provide hot air. The room is like a steamer. I went to the front desk to tell them that they only provide hot air and it is winter now, so they can't provide cold air. I had no choice but to ask for a fan to dissipate heat in the room. The room service staff sent a snack gift bag. Then the hotel's cross-bridge rice noodles were a big mistake. The semi-self-service cross-bridge rice noodles for 68 yuan had simple ingredients. When the empty bowl was lifted up, a spoonful of powder was scooped into the bowl and then the kettle poured soup. The soup should be the kind that was seasoned with technological seasoning. There was no freshness and fragrance of the cross-bridge rice noodles at all, and there was not even oil. The bowl of soup was bland and tasteless. This is Honghe Prefecture, and there are such sloppy rice noodles. It feels better to find a small shop outside. This hotel has no experience except that the room service staff has a good attitude. The pillows are very difficult to sleep on, and the air conditioner in the room is basically useless.

I was very satisfied with the service and facilities, especially the pillows were very comfortable. I had no hope for the hotel in Kaiyuan. I only booked one night and stayed in this hotel. After that, I stayed in this hotel intermittently. This hotel will be my first choice in the future. Especially this time when I traveled with my mother, she was sick. The hotel has a very good environment, covers a large area, has many green plants, a swimming pool, beautiful scenery, complete facilities, a good room layout, is quite quiet, very comfortable to stay in, and the service is warm and thoughtful.

After settling in, we went to eat at Xiaoling Restaurant not far away. It was very good. The beef went well with rice. We also went to the Happy Prairie. Maybe the big lawn is more suitable. We all think it is very similar to Shangri-La in East Malaysia. It is worth coming back to this hotel. The breakfast can be better.
