We were in Room 314 which is a king suite with jetted tub.
1. There was only one wash cloth
2. The jetted tub has a loose handle on the cold water. I COULDN'T TURN IT OFF! After panicing several seconds, I found that if I pushed it down and turned, it shut the water off.
3. I have a similiar jetted tub at home. The two adjustments to control air in the jets does not work. The ports are closed, so all it does is pump water around. There is no air, so no 'jet'. This makes the tub rather pointless and doesn't meet expectations! After driving all day, I was looking forward to a relaxing soaking.
4. The heater sounded like a huge percolator coffee pot. At 5:00 am, I turned the heat down to 60 so it wouldn't kick in.
5. I talked to the front desk about the issues and the only comment was 'but the heater did generate heat, right?;. Really?? How about saying "we'll get right on it" or 'I'm sorry to hear about this'.
I would stay again, but there should be some repairs in this room!

Upon check in we went to our room which smelled horrible. We searched the beds to assure no bedbugs and found dirty napkins in the bed, makeup on the sheets and an adult sex mask between the mattress and the wall. It was obvious that the sheets were put on the bed sideways and not fitting properly. We requested a clean room and were promptly moved. The “clean” room had blood spots on the bathroom wall, blood on the comforter and trash between the nightstand and the bed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Their housekeeping clearly needs more thorough training. Highly disappointed.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. Everything is very outdated and it smelled like sewage. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the shower was rusty.

Price wise this can't be beat. Sometimes there is a strong air freshner like smell from what i see them mop with however the rooms do not have that issue and have been in great condition.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a while! Breakfast is always good and cheerful staff. The bicycle in the gym currently isn't working but overall the hotel is in great condition!:)

While the customer service, breakfast, and bed were really good, there were other things that were not so great. The walls were paper thin, and you could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms. The refrigerator in my room did not work at all. The cable channels on the TV went out frequently and only a few channels were available to watch anything. The bathroom was not very clean (rust and chipped paint above the shower, a dirty washcloth left on the rail for the shower curtain, and the toilet seat was not fully fastened to the toilet).

Was a good place to stay close to downtown but not downtown, close to airport, fastfood or shopping and restaurants casinos you name it you was minutes away. Quite rooms, big room, and breakfast was good never used the pool but looked good alot of tv channels to choose from. Close to highway I would stay there again.

Great hotel for our family. We took 5 Granddaughters on a Christmas trip! Loved the "family room". Staff was great and friendly. Room was just what we needed. 3 beds and a pull out couch. Breakfast was great and hot!. I would highly recommend this facility. Thanks for your great jobs, staff
