Good hot water pressure, clean, no bugs, and good heating and cooling. It's winter, but the room is warm even without the heater on. Free parking is also good

Although it is old, it is well maintained and the facilities are comfortable. There was a Korean staff member. The self-drink corner is also good. It's a bit far from the center, but there's a bus stop right in front, so there's no inconvenience.

It was good except that it was a bit far from the center of Kitakyushu. It would be convenient and nice to rent a car.

The air conditioning in the room I stayed in was not working well. It took a long time to get warm (even at 30 degrees)!

Considering the price, I'm satisfied, but the shower was the only thing that was stressful. It was so painful, my child said he didn't like it because it hurt. It was quite stressful as we were staying for several nights. It hurts even for adults, so I posted this because I hope they will improve the facilities in the bare minimum, even if it's just a little at a time.

The hallway was dim even before entering the room. One of the light bulbs was out, and when I lay down on the bed, there was a bee... The wallpaper on the ceiling and walls was quite worn and stained after a water leak or something. It felt like I was breathing in mold. There was rust in places in the bathroom as well. I thought it was reasonable considering the price, but I'm sorry, I've given it a low rating.

The window frames were so dirty that they looked like they had never been cleaned, and the chairs by the table had so much hair on them that they were unusable. I have no complaints about the staff's response.

First of all, when confirming my reservation before my stay, I made a simple plan smoking reservation, but I was satisfied with my request for a non-smoking room. Secondly, I was also satisfied with the lunch menu, curry rice, and the low price... Finally, I came here to see the Melia Dome (bicycle racing) and other sights.
