Outdoor lighting from the front of the building streamed in the room all night. Heavy drapes were for decoration and non functional. Furniture in the lobby was worn and dirty. Hampton Inns are usually very comfortable. The room was clean but worn. Not a great stay!

Two walkable blocks to a grocery store. Close to freeway access. Several restaurants nearby. Not a posh property, but well maintained.

The property is older, while it did seem somewhat clean you can just tell its been around a while. Could hear people walking upstairs, just wasn't a good nights sleep. Area is great.

We were blown away by the size of the room and the amenities it offered. The pillows were a bit small and less comfortable than we would have liked, but the shower and extra space to enjoy breakfast in our room made up for it the next day.

Only issue was a dirty coffee maker (inside the water reservoir). A new one was immediately brought to us.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Great location. Will stay there again on my next shopping trip to Knoxville-Turkey Creek TN.

Check in was so easy, I loved that it was all decked out the Volunteers! Price was good beds w ere comfortable shower was great!
