Crown and 4 stars are only in the name. Air condition didn’t work, hotels’ staff suggested to open window (with the view and sounds of railway station) …

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in English. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel is located right across from the JR station.

神戸駅直結で雨の日でしたが濡れずに行けました！マックやカフェのある地下街や、コンビニ、しまむらがの入っているビルとも繋がっており、必要なものはすぐに買いにいけます。ホテル自体は古そうですが清潔でした。シングルルームは一人で使うのに充分な広さです。有料の大浴場は使わず部屋のバスルームを使いました。シャワーの温度がぬるめで水圧も弱めで残念でした。朝食もゆったりとした空間で雰囲気はよかったです。料理は美味しかったですが補充されるのが遅い感じがしました。

四星酒店位置很好~距离地铁，火車站站约五分钟路程~且在商場內，遇上年終特賣，賺到了。附近也有超市 便利店 很方便~很满意~性价比 高! 設施雖有一定年份，但房間空間大。

神戸駅に着いたら目の前で地下を通って行け とても便利な立地です。部屋も一人で使うには広く 部屋の風呂も広く 静かで快適でした。喫煙部屋しかなかったので 匂いがあるかな と思ったら全然匂いがなかったので 良かったです。
