Samui Honey Tara Villa Residence Reviews

For over a month in Thailand, I think this was my worst stay. The property feels half-abandoned. The room is dark, smelly and damp. Lots of mosquitoes. The view is to the construction site, covered by an ugly green gauze. The sounds of construction are also included. The aircon is old, the remote doesn't really adjust its power. Does not help with humidity. And there was no hot water.

Unfortunately this hotel was nothing like the pictures on the site. We were told we would get a garden view, instead we had a construction site. It was honestly a ghost town. Barely ever saw any members of staff and I think we were the only guests there.

Incredible stay in paradise

10 mins walking to the main road, but there is a 7/11 right outside the hotel and some local eatries. I like this location cause is quiet away from the busy touristic area. Nice pool to cool of a hot day, hopefully they will be in full operation with nice setting restaurant n pool bar. The room was nice n clean with full kitchen equipments provided. Lovely owner n friendly staff. Will be back.

The room is very spacious and has a kitchen counter for DIY food The service staff are very friendly Although the facilities are not new, they are functioning normally The external environment of the hotel is slightly backward, especially the roads that must be passed outside the hotel are prone to water accumulation when it rains.

Really nice home, with kitchen and lovely terrace. However, it was a bit stupidly located, and there were a lot of building alarms every single night.

The price/performance ratio is very high, there is a large balcony, the environment is good, and the boss is warm and hospitable. It is a great choice for traveling alone on a budget!

Was quite fine. Location not so good but staff was decent.

It's in a great location, close to the speedboat dock for the Full Moon Party, and within walking distance of tourist attractions. I was also allowed to leave my luggage with me the day before my reservation. Although I arrived more than 6 hours earlier than the original check-in time, the lady at the reception was kind enough to guide me to my room. It's the best hotel!

The hotel environment and facilities are quite satisfactory.

The hotel is very good and cost-effective. The room is super big. It costs more than 200 yuan. The lady at the front desk is also very friendly and will come to deliver water every day.
