お部屋の雰囲気は良いのですが、室内に沢山の女性の物と思はれる髪の毛が落ちていて、とても衛生的だとは言えなかった。
メンバーズ会員特典の利用条件をフリーで利用さる場合と、予約利用客との対応の違いを予め明確にされていると、もっと特典の利用がし易かったと思いました。

何回も利用してますが、今回は部屋のタオルが置かれてないというイレギュラーがありましたw
フロントへ連絡したら、すぐに持ってきてくれましたし、気持ちの良い対応でした。また利用させて頂きます。
サービスのミネラルウォーターとカレーも助かります(^^)

前回利用した時に気に入ったのでリピしました。
しかし、リクエストは無視、部屋は埃っぽい、バスルームはカビ臭い、トイレも酷いニオイで最悪でした。
普通のビジネスホテルより広くてゆったり出来るので気に入ってましたが、今回はひどすぎました。
