Room was clean. Get extra bed for child. Only down side is miscommunication with the hotel staff. As they request for extra charge for child (7 & 9 years old) but we already chose room that includes child. But overall everything was good & a lot of varieties selection for breakfast buffet. 👍🏻

Just spent a night worth of several..Honestly speaking the hotel is well maintained. I was here before 3 years and everything is superb

Good location , clean rooms

The service attitude is very good. The environment is clean and quiet. The waiters are so cute. The food is also very rich. This is a very cute place. I will come again if I have the chance.

We have clearly stated all of the problems that we have faced during our 4 nights staying at the hotel to their Sales and Marketing Director on 3rd day of our stay. She didn't even take a note any of them. Promised to get back to us all of the reported issues within 1 hour, but she didn't even care of us and our reported issues. They are mostly focused on the local events where they are making most of their income for our understanding and don't care the rest of their clients. Definitely don't recommend this facility, not a worth of the money. Go with your other options.

Nice hotel and wonderful spa

Everything was great in the hotel

Subpar Decent, until the last night. Then the owners son wanted to flex the level of loser only turkey can obtain. The end result was as expected

Very very noisy hotel.. parties besides the swimming pool unbelievably every night !! No one can sleep before 11:30 pm !! My sick mom is with me in the other room and she can’t sleep because of that noisy and loud music!! The hotel management should me honest about the hotel.. they should warn the guests about the parties and it’s not going to be a comfortable stay before any booking !! Very very BAD experience.. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel !
