服務人員態度特別差，我去前台等了很久才有一個前台服務員出來給開房，我説開一個大床房，好不容易辦完手續上樓一看是一個標間，下來讓她換房，她説大床要另外加錢，最後我就網上訂的，到了房間去一看，衞生間垃圾桶裏的垃圾還沒清理，對這樣的環境這樣的服務我真的無語了……
