Spent the first week in May here. Very quiet as it had just reopened for the season. We found all of the staff very friendly and helpful. First class bar and lounge area with plenty of staff for service. The food was well presented and we always found something enjoyable to eat. The bedroom was very clean with a fridge (soft drinks provided) and a litre bottle of water was provided everyday. Kettle and hairdryer also available. Stunning sea views across to Turkey viewed from the balcony. Overall a wonderful experience with a big thanks to all the staff, especially the head barman who was highly attentive. Thomas the hotel manager introduced himself to us which was a nice touch. Would definitely consider a return visit.

just returned from a two weeks stay, hotel dated and not 5 stars. Very quite not a lot of guests. Thanks to the entertainment staff Jacqueline and Cantoula’s for being so friendly (loved the banter). Both always had time to chat. They tried their hardest to get everyone engaged in activities considering they are working really hard with no budget or equipment to do their jobs. I hope the management in the Hotel recognise their achievements and buy them some new darts and dart board , water polo goal nets and a gave them a bigger budget, this will help guest to overlook the outdated hotel. Bar staff Zeneta and pool bar staff were great, served us some great drinks thanks. Food in main the main restaurant ok needs to be a little warmer, food much better in à la cart restaurant run by George. Sun beds were no problems and plenty of space but very limited umbrellas. Swimming Pool needs updating as the floor tiles are rough on your feet be careful. Bedrooms dated but spacious,beds very comfortable. Hired a Beach buggy for a day which was great to see the whole island in a day. Alan & Julie

Can not recommend this hotel enough The entertainment team Jacqueline & candela were absolutely amazing. They got all the guests engaged in the activities. From games around the pool to entertainment on a night. They worked so hard and really are a credit to the hotel. Having children with you on holiday can be difficult as they get bored very easily but these ladies made their holiday. Also to mention George & Vangellis from the restaurants. They are amazing members of staff who work so hard to make the guests experience the best one possible. Every time we dinned they made our experience outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys to keep the guests happy From food, location, hotel, weather everything was perfect. We like to visit new places however based on all the above we shall be returning.

A wonderful stay for a family of 12. We had 6 double rooms and were all inclusive for the week. The rooms are very spacious and were cleaned every day and towels changed daily. The food was excellent in the a la carte restaurant. So much choice every meal. The desserts were amazing. Beers, soft drinks and wine with your meal. The Triton on site restaurant was really good and it was nice to be waited on my George and his team. You get 3 lunchtime visits and 3 evening visits. 2 decent size swimming pools and plenty of sun beds. My only few criticisms are: Solitary television in the main bar doesn't work. Would suggest getting this up and running especially with the Euro 2024 football tournament starting in two weeks. Else get to Tourtuga bar which is a 10 minute walk away as they show the football. Entertainment wasn't the best. They need small goals/nets for water polo. Better prizes at Bingo. €5 per person to play Bingo and they had about 40 people playing and the prizes were 20% off voucher in the spa, bike hire for 1 person and a bottle of champagne. €200 pot should have yielded much better prizes. Hotel could also do with a table tennis table and some arcade games and air hockey. Plenty of space to accommodate them in this massive hotel. New management team doing a great job though. Room for a few more improvements but all in all a fantastic holiday.

The hotel is fabulous! Had the most amazing spa experience and the staff were all so lovely and polite. The spa was very clean and smelt amazing. The staff put you at ease straight away and nothing was too much for them. The spa and hotel are well worth a visit.

There was nothing I can say about this place apart from how amazing our stay was, from the greeting when we arrived, to the room, the view, how clean the whole hotel was to the lovely staff and hospitality. There was so much choice and no complaints about anything whilst we were there. Having a separate A la carte restaurant was a great luxury, a shop selling so much stuff, not only food and drink but clothing, gifts, sun cream and medicines. 3 pools, amazing views, I could go on but we absolutely loved our experience there. George who runs the Triton restaurant is a lovely and great guy!

Both me and my wife went to the Hippocrates wellness spa was amazing I was looked after by Sofia and my wife was looked after by Fragiski both were very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable and we where given recommendations for future treatment and areas that need extra work. Would highly recommend.

My friend and I have just returned after a week at this hotel which was offered as an upgrade as our booked hotel in same group was not open. We were offered an A1 all inclusive holiday. The hotel is very spacious - as was our room on the third floor on the side with a partial view of the sea and the local vegetation. The hotel was very clean and staff worked hard to accommodate the guests. There was a lovely view as it is placed on a hill and it was a 7-8 minute walk down to the beach. We walked into Kos town on one occasion which took about 50 mins. The season had just opened up but the hotel was only around 50 % full with a knock on effect as the owner implemented some changes. Some of the entertainment was cancelled e.g. the Greek night which we were really looking forward to, the bingo night went ahead and was disappointing and the red sky bar (with the best views where one had to pay for drinks) was not open.The live Il Diva night did go ahead and was very well received by all. I took part in the aqua aerobics which was delivered in a fun way but there was no equipment to facilitate the work. The Spa facility which has an indoor pool was not in operation - there was a problem with it - so it stood empty. The main restaurant which offered the main place for meals 'buffet- style' offered great variety and the food was very tasty - BUT the food was luke warm no matter what time you pitched up AND the plates were cold so this was also very disappointing. Under our deal we were allowed to use the A la Carte menu a few times providing we booked the day before. This offered a better but slow experience and the food was also not hot.

Fabulous Hotel , Friendly staff , Room large with Balcony , Very clean , Food lovely with plenty of varied dishes to choose from & served by attentive & polite staff ,Rooftop bar highly recommended! Stunning views, ample seating along with mixture of sounds from DJ , I would definitely recommend this hotel & would without doubt return in the near future
