Check in is very slow. Almost 45 minutes. Was so long. But the guy was friendly. The room was nice and big enough for 3. A small kitchen with a few things to cook. There was a nice balcony also. But… We were there in august and the place was full of rude and impolite Italian people. Talking loud all day and night, as they were at home. At the pool their kids were as rude and as impolite. At least the pool was bit and nice. So I was not happy about this place as we were unable to sleep correctly because of the noise late at night. In addition air conditionning was an additionnal 7€ per day !! They don’t care about water but air contidionning yes.

We booked the last available room on *********** which was a family apartment for 5 although there was only 2 adults. 3 single beds in the room where the kitchenette was and a separate room with a large double bed leading out on to the balcony. The apartment was very clean and roomy plenty of storage space for clothes. Kitchenette well equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave. Lovely big pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. Beach 5 min walk, supermarket across the road. All staff friendly most of which are family members, when we left rather than get a taxi to the airport we took advantage of the shuttle service the hotel run which is cheaper than a taxi we was driven by the main owner who built the hotel increasing its size over many years, such a nice man. My only complaint about this hotel is you have to pay for the air conditioning if you want to use it, also the safe is a extra charge.

Great pool & pool bar, Lovely people (staff) very helpful and proud of their place, This inexpensive clean basic accommodation, My Room had a huge balcony which we really appreciated view of island Cheap and very quiet, 2 adults & 3 kids ate and drank at pool bar for approx 50 euro ( 5 mains, 4 large beers & 3 soft drinks)

This family owned hotel was lovely. They went above and beyond to meet our special dietary requirements and ensure we enjoyed our stay. It offers self-catering facilities and a stunning swimming pool. The supermarket, car hire place and the bus stop are just across the entrance to the property and the beach is a 4 minute walk away

come posizione è ottima a 200 mt dalla spiaggia molto bella agios stefanos,acqua limpida e calma,devono migliorare le pulizie,avevamo in camera da letto un moscone morto sotto al letto ed è rimasto lì tutta la settimana ,significato pulizie fatte male,la piscina mai pulita, l'acqua era sempre color marroncina,mentre per la colazione era molto ricca ma senza un dolce che per noi italiani è la base,e il caffè solo quello americano che sappiamo bene acqua colorata.

Efficienza e cordialità del personale (parlano anche italiano), spazi, struttura (in particolare la piscina e le camere), ubicazione (località molto tranquilla, vicino al mare e al supermarket e noleggio auto), pulizia, cucina buona e abbondante. Anche il servizio bar in piscina ottimo. Qualche dettaglio migliorabile (cura spazi comuni), ma nel complesso veramente ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Très bon séjour passé dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est sympathique et plutôt riche, le service se fait à table et au fur et à mesure ce qui je pense permet d'éviter le gaspillage qu'il peut y avoir dans les buffets à volonté. Des repas y sont également servi le midi et le soir et la nourriture y est très bonne en plus d'être faite maison. La piscine est immense, et il y a assez de transat pour tout le monde. L'hôtel se situe à proximité d'une épicerie où on peux avoir presque tout ce qu'on cherche, d'un DAB et à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage (cependant si vous voulez mon avis, marchez un peu plus pour trouver des plages moins occupées et aussi des activitées nautiques et transat moins chers, genre le poséidon waterclub où nous y avons fais toutes nos activités.) Les appartements sont convenables, avec une terrasse parfaite. Le seul petit bémol sont la climatisation payante (5euros par jours) et la douche un poil petite et rustique, mais ça ne nous as pas empeché de passer un superbe séjour! nous y retournerons sans problème ! Merci pour votre accueil :)
