Waiting for refund to be credited. Owner didnt notify about the broken door n water prob prior arrival. At last, had to search for a new place to stay..which was hard in peak sesaon

this was a good hotel back then. but my last visit was quite bad. asked for pillow many times, until we check out nobody actually came to settle the issue.

Last year when we were here, it was very nice meals serve at the kitchen, but this time.. it was not like before, . Hopefully the operator will upgrade the service quality.

The door for the shared bathroom cannot be locked and can be potentially invaded by the tenant of another room that is using the same bathroom. When we attempted to give feedback to the hotel owner, nothing was done. When the next door is rented out to other customers, we warned them about the bathroom lock. The hotel worker then abruptly force us to change room. Mind the phrase I used, "abruptly force", they didn't just "offered" us to change room, they rudely forced us to switch to a lower-priced room which we didn't agreed at last. I had been to this hotel several times and it was all good, thus it is always my first choice to stay in Kubang Kerian. But after this experience, I will never go back to this place. Ever.

Facilities no , just use house to be hotel, water pump slow, no shampoo, only car parking satisfy…. Bit disappointed….

We were having issue with sharing bathroom whereby the other room client locked the bathroom from the inside.The water pump is very slow and the bathroom mirror was rusted . I booked here because I thought the room with bathroom and other amenities such as hair dryer, water heater and tv. But it’s not. Anyway the staff service was friendly, place location also good and the cleanliness also good.

the room booked was different, when I arrived at the hotel I was given another room.. there was no TV in the room. the shared bathroom was not stated. the water in the toilet was too slow like urine so long in the toilet to take a shower. the rice breakfast was not complete with tea or coffee. Staff who don't care. Fried pulse food is like sharing it with animals. I'm too arrogant in business. I don't want to be complacent, but the room is ok. But the breakfast provided is very inconsiderate of the guests.
