Gitmeden iyi düşünün. Sıtandart odalar berbat. Hijyenden uzak. Çok dar. Çalışanlar ilgisiz. resepsiyonda ki bayan tamamen amatör. Herhalde gelen müşterilerin memnuniyeti onları çok bağlamıyor. Bu şekilde bir işletme tic ilikle ne kadar müşterileri memnun edebilirler bilmiyorum.

Tur esnasında konaklayacagimiz ilk otel olan Roza bizi gercekten üzerek başladı. Personelin negatif tutumları, odaların kirli ve havasız olması, havuzlarin temiz olmamasi, en son da kovulur gibi apar topar otelden çıkışımız kötü bir deneyim bıraktı bize.

Ben hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir otel görmedim. Sözde 5 yıldız. Odaları kirli ve köhne, banyosu gecekondudan dönme, yemekhanesinde yağ kokusundan boğulabilirsiniz. Sakın ama sakın gitmeyin. Kabustu.. 2 gece konakladık ama beyaz ampullerine mi üzülsem, odalarda olmayan wifi ye mi ya da mevcut olmayan el ve ayak havlularına mı. Ayroca oda leş gibi sigara kokuyordu.

İnanılmaz kötü bir otel , bir otel nasıl kötü yönetilir , misafir nasıl memnun edilemez görmek istiyorsanız rezervasyon yaptırın. 1 yıldız dahi haketmeyen bu otelde nasıl olupda 5 yıldız almış inanılmaz bir durum . Banyolar berbat, Temizlik sıfır, Yemekler lezzetsiz ve açık büfe olduğu halde personel kendisi yemek veriyor ve zorla ısrar üzerine istediğiniz kadar alabiliyorsunuz. Resepsiyon çookk çokkkk kötü . Kesinlikle tercih etmeyin. Eğer tercih edecekseniz karşı parka gelip çadır atın bu otelden daha konforlu ve temiz olacaktır.

Havuz ve odalar çok soğuk. Çocuklar için hiç bir etkinlik yok. Havuz soğuk olduğu için çocukları oyun salonuna götürelim dedik hiç bir oyuncak çalışmıyordu. Top havuzu benzeri bir alan vardı ancak o kadar kirli ve soğuktu ki … Kısacası 3 gün sonunda dönünce grip ve öksürük kaçınılmaz oldu.

Akşam yemeğe gittim mor saçlı bir çalışan abla vardı ne içersiniz diye sordu neyse bizde ondan önce arkadaşlara komik bir konu hakkında konuşuyorduk onun soru sorduğu anla denk gelince bize sert bir şekilde komikmi dedi biz hayır yanlış anladınız dememize rağmen kendi kendine tribe girip gitti yemekten sonra gidip “kusura bakmayın ama cidden yanlış anladınız “dedim yine aynı şeyi yaptı çok itici bir durum mor saçlı “abla”sana ayrı kinim var seneye umarım karşılaşmayız
