From the moment you arrive, the general manager will make you feel right at home and ensure that your room is ready for your arrival. It's just a quick 10-minute trip to the city center, and the shuttle service is always available at your request. Nearby, you'll find a Makro and shopping center, as well as a safe play area for children to enjoy. Our villa, complete with a pool, was fantastic, and we found the entire area to be well-maintained. We're already planning our next stay and can hardly wait to spend more time here. They were so helpful! They helped us book a ferry to Phi Phi Island and even recommended some activities at a discounted price. It made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Nice place, just what we were looking for. Although the private pool is small, the children are delighted. We dined exclusively on the street. The animals sometimes surprised me - sometimes a squirrel, sometimes someone would jump onto the roof, looking like a monkey. Then the cat will come. But everyone behaved decently)) they didn’t steal or spoil anything. The hotel's hornbeam works fine. If you're going somewhere far, it's a good option. The staff is friendly. Purely. Excursions are inexpensive.

Very cozy, perfect for families or a group of friends. The villas are 10 minutes from Ao Nang Beach. How much with a complementary transportation service from the villas to the beach. The excellent service can organize trips to the 4 islands.

There is a free shuttle bus to Ao Nang Beach, which is very convenient, and the boss is also very enthusiastic; the single-family villa is separated from the neighbors by green plants, providing good privacy, and there is also a public swimming pool!

The boss can do it, but the Thai locals at the front desk have very poor service attitude, and the Chinese, Europeans and Americans are treated differently.

Super friendly hotel. Free shuttle into Ao Nang.. couldn’t do enough for us, clean, good air con. The whole process and everything was perfect Arranged trips, shuttle bus, laundry, massage. Good pools, bar….. well spaced out golf buggy to get around

Had a great stay at Lux Family Villa. The staff is fantastic, very accommodating, and the shuttle to town is a great service. Pool was comfortable and clean, internet was strong… I would definitely stay there again.

Overall pleasent stay. Enjoyed the privacy and the pool. The staff were friendly and the transport from the villa to Ao Nang Beach was very convenient.

Very nice place Far from everything

Without hesitating, book now! The villas are stunning. I highly recommend paying extra for the beautiful pool. They have thought of everything from the kitchen appliances to the daily restock of pool towels x6. The complex is a short drive from Ao Nang. There is a free shuttle service 9-9 but this doesn’t really do that service justice. Twice they went above and beyond to get us where we needed to be. The staff are available on WhatsApp 24/7 to help. The general manager is kind, attentive and always available to talk to. We will be back.
