We booked our stay for 7 nights in July 2023 to come and stay in October 2023. We arrived to the top of the building through steep stairs as no elevator is available. We work out and this was strenuous carrying our luggage with us. This is the part we knew and expected as we read many reviews that mentioned the steep stairs. However, all the photos and info were a lie. Below are the main parts: - lack of safety. The entrance to the building is a gate with red lights (!). You need to put a code for the door with steep stairs to open. When you enter the code, randomly some people are smoking a cigarette and looking behind your back to see what you are typing. The door of your room is unsafe, it is a simple door like the wooden ones you see in an old bathroom - the dirtiest and filthiest room possible See attached photos for proof. The furniture was worn off and the room was very old and uncared of. - the property's photos indicate that a buffet is served for breakfast. Reality says you need to walk 450m to another place to get 1 out of 4 fixed meals. It is in a gate with decadent decor (not a very nice one too) and there is just one person working there, a girl who tried to meet everyone 's needs as she washes the dishes, prepares the food and serves the customers all by herself. Human exploitation to save some pennies and get more out of people's money for nothing -we went to cancel the booking and came across the worst possible customer service ever! Here's why: -> the lady who called herself the "manager" said that all photos are great and perfectly depicting the room but blamed the cleaning lady for the condition of our room. A manager should never behave like this. -> she didn't want to hear anything, she stated that we shouldn't have booked the room at all instead of offering a solution to our complaint. She simply didn't give a rat's a** and she showed it to our face in the worst possible way -> the so called "manager" said that she has renovated rooms in the same price as we paid but since they are now occupied, she gave us the filthy room. A stable is better believe me. Plus she did not show any remorse, she clearly wants your money for nothing in return. Just lay her and shut up. (!) -> she kept shushing us and threatened us that there are cameras in the reception room as if we were criminals. We just wanted our cancellation. -> she was very reluctant to give us a refund and cancel our stay. She was pretending to work as we stayed in front of her waiting to get our cancellation but for 10 minutes she resumed her work ignoring us. Only after us insisting that we are not leaving the room until this is sorted she proceeded with our cancellation and refund. -> we lost a whole day finding last minute alternative accommodation and spent 2h of our time at her reception trying to sort our matter out.
