При заезде в номер обнаружила грязное белье(забыли поменять). Ночная дискотека рядом с номером не дала возможность уснуть. Администрация на замечания не отреагировала. С утра принесли скудный завтрак. Ужас, хуже отеля не видела!

Заехали 5 августа 2021 года. 1. По заезду в номере на кровати были найдены маленькие жуки Красного цвета, похожие на клопов, по обращению на ресепшн - номер был заменён. 2. В номере ответствовал чайник, одноразовые тапочки. Одноразовое мыло - было только в общей многоразовой банке. 3. Спустившись на завтрак 6 августа - были крайне разочарованы едой - по замечанию сотрудники начали выражается нецензурно в адрес посетителей. На сотрудниках ответствовали средства индивидуальной защиты. По обращению на ресепшн - сказали, что никакого отношения к кафе не имеют. Хотя, как выяснилось - по ИНН кафе зарегестрировано - как Мартон. 4. По выезду хотели получить чек о нашем бронировании - но сказали, что нужно заказать заказывать заранее и нечем помочь не можем. - хотели попросить распечатку брони с Букинга, но бронь была отменена отелем - без объяснения причин. Дали номер телефона главного офиса - чтобы там разбирались - но номер дали с ошибкой - что, я так понимаю, было сделано умышленно. Был найден верный номер нами лично и оставлена заявка у менеджера Анастасии. Ждём результата. Также была оставлена заявка в Роспотребнадзор - на отвратительное качество и качество обслуживания персонала. А так же на нарушение санэпидемиологических норм. 5. Тремя звёздочками и не пахнет. Не за что не рекомендую!
