The hotel was disappointing. The bedding and towels were dirty, and the room had a strong smell of bleach and chemicals (there are no windows, so you can’t air it out). The room is very small — the bathroom door opens just a centimeter from the toilet, and showering is also very inconvenient. At 5 a.m. someone turned on loud music near our door and didn’t turn it off for a long time. I do not recommend this hotel. The location is good, though.

This is a budget hotel, and the quality matches the price. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and just steps away from the Jalan Alor night market. I had originally booked a room with a window but was given one without. The cleanliness was not perfect, but when I pointed out that the bed sheets were dirty, they immediately changed my room without any issues. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
