the check in process is troublesome, no reception.. i found hair inside the bathroom. when giving deposit they only can refund 3-5days working i dont know what is so hard to refund back guest money .. its really frustrating i wont choose this place again..

The sheets were stained! The washing machine is so dirty! Convenient location! There is a leak in the bathroom! No detailed instructions for taking the elevator! It turns out that you can go to your own floor just by tapping your card! But we don’t know! Thinking there was no one on our floor, we came out and took another elevator!

The check-in process was very long and took almost an hour. Because it was an apar**ent, there was no front desk service. Check-in was contacted through WhatsApp. The person who contacted me sounded like a foreign worker, could not speak Chinese, and his English was average. 非常非常不推薦！不推薦！不推薦！很踩雷！入住過程很不方便，可以説很曲折了。英語水平一般的更要慎重！首先，Axon不是傳統的酒店，一棟樓裏有很多家像這樣的住宿機構，也就是不同家的“酒店”，同時樓裏也有很多很多住户居民。一樓大堂烏泱泱的都是人，電梯衹有5台，每次都要等很久很久，跟很多人一起擠，熱得跟桑拿房一樣，入住很不方便，是自助的，需要下載WhatsApp才能跟對方溝通，然後發你一個入住指南，純英文的，幸好我英語沒問題，如果英語水平一般的，會很麻煩，門卡要去好幾百個信箱去找，我弄了很久很久才成功入住。房間很寬敞，但是拖鞋什麼的都是廉價到根本沒辦法用，也沒有水。床單被罩都有些許污漬。雖然位置很好，但是一下樓的地方像貧民窟一樣，還能隨處可見老鼠。同樣的價位可以住隔壁的萊恩，再也不會訂這家了。
