Agile Luxury Apartment near TRX Pavilion Twin Towers

Thought it was perfect at the first night until a cockroach came out the second day 😅 maybe should improve on the cleanliness.

The staff help us to checkin earlier 👍🏻, for location near with bukit bintang but better use taxi / grab !

I hope this review helpful to those who are considering to book this apartment. First I would like to share things I like about. Like other apartment you may find in Air BNB, the family room has two rooms, open kitchen and a nice view. It has washing machine and oven. Three air con and ceiling fans. I like the view of my room that I can see a very nice view. Ok, let's share with you what I don't like. Location: this apartment locate near TRX station, within 5 minutes walk. Initially I think it is quite good. But the route from MRT station to the place is terrible for those who have kids or have many luggages. The road is not good for wheels. Cleanliness: the first sight when I enter the room it is fine. Look tidy and clean. However, when i went near the toilet, a strong stinky smell attacked me. There was unflushed human waste inside the toilet. Even i flushed many times, there will have that kind of strong smell come out from the pipe where shower take place. The towels they provide is not clean, it's yellowish, one of the towel even not washed and with strange yellow thing on it. Mattress and pillow: I had difficult sleep in the first two nights because of feeling uncomfortable with mattress and pillow. Nearby there are very limited restaurant, also far away from markets. The food side is that the environment is comfortable, i mean not that crowded. In conclusion, I will never recommend to anyone.

Location-wise, the place is great. However, there are several areas that could be improved in terms of management: 1. The room door password was not provided directly to me but was instead passed on through a worker. This could potentially raise safety concerns and may not be the most secure method. 2. The WiFi was unavailable during my stay, which was quite inconvenient. 3. The toilet light was not working, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

New apartment. Location great with walking distance to shopping malls. Downstairs have many nice restaurants as well. Great stays. Beautiful sky park view too! Definitely will book again.

There was two cockroaches and empty coffee cup under the sofa. The fan is full of dust. The cutleries are dirty with yellow stain. The overall environment is dirty, making us to sneeze and nose itching, especially the bed. The service is poor. The management is not on time to pass us the door key. We waited them to arrive for 30 minutes although we have noticed them earlier when we will reach.
