Good location near train and mall easy to travel. Holoma Host has luggage service 24 hrs free its really good but my bad luck this time I was check in late because of room not ready for check in so reception offer for extend check out before 1pm on check out date but suddenly host and reception are hurry me to check out before that so thats not good for customer. Better plan your service to be ready on time this problem wont happened. Your business our have value every hour for customer's time also important. Time is very imp :) and no drinking water no spoon no dish no kitchen stuff. And have deposit RM300 better booking other host in trip.com I went to Malaysia once a month and stay only the luxe but different host so check before book ya!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The best part was the amazing view right in front of the Petronas Twin Towers – truly breathtaking, especially at night. The location is also very convenient for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again!

It was amazing staying there , the view the location the amenities and everything was cool , there is a café on the top if the building where the pool and gym are , sitting there and having a chat or having some work done was amazing however be aware of mosquitoes i found some which was not so pleasant but that’s what it is …

Review Title: Disappointed by Unfair Treatment and No Refund
I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. After placing a booking deposit, I was later denied a refund with claims that I had broken hotel rules—something I absolutely did not do. It felt like they were trying to frame me to avoid refunding my deposit.
There was no clear explanation, and communication was unprofessional. I expected better treatment and transparency, especially when nothing was done wrong on my part.
I would not recommend this hotel to others, as my experience was both frustrating and unfair.

Very dissatisfied, very inhuman, you must pay enough deposit, otherwise you will not be allowed to check in, and you will not be allowed to check out. Wish you close early, disgusting hotel.🤮🤮🤮
