Check in around 3.45pm just to get the room keys and didnt manage to check the aircond and around 11pm just realized that the aircond is malfunction. Then, need the techunician to chck it the next day. And next day, around 1.25am, i lock myself outside the room due to many error with the room keys. Overall, the room is worth it, just the surrounding just quite far for any of the convenience shop. Got 1 shop at the tower C but only open until 12am. Thanks for the stay. The jacuzzi and the infinity pool is the plus one.

The check-in experience was not very smooth , but staff were helpful and friendly I think it's a very good deal for solo travelers , rooms are affordable in here , and boy tell me about the breathtaking views from the room it's Clean and the room was well equipped with everything I needed, There's a rooftop swimming pool ( floor 53 ) with a 360 degree view of KL, and there's a gym and a reading or working quite room, and on floor 30 there's a 'Sky Garden' which is a nice addition, But waiting for an elevator at any level needs at least 3-4 minutes , Location was perfect by KL Sentral which has a direct train to KLIA

The condition of the hotel was absolutely terrible. I reported it to the customer service immediately upon arrival. We booked a total of four rooms, and every single one of them was dirty with a faint but unpleasant smell. Each room had its own set of problems: one had a leaking shower, another had an unstable toilet seat, the third had a ridiculously loud air conditioning unit, and the last one had yellow-stained towels. On top of that, something we didn’t realize when booking was that the hotel is located in Little India. There were all sorts of people loitering outside the hotel, and even in the corridors there were people just hanging around, making the whole place feel extremely unsafe. After checking in, we went out for lunch, but when we came back, we decided to check out immediately and move to another hotel. This was an awful experience, and I demand a refund and the hotel declided it! Wt!

It was a wonderful stay here. From kL Sentral just a 5 mins walk that cut across the street. Will definitely chose this hotel to stay again in the future. Food choices are unlimited and shopping is nearby. The check in is very smooth. Only set back is the lift, waiting time is over 15 mins when it is overloaded with people checking in and checking out.

Excellent apartment – clean, well-equipped, with a rooftop pool. Great location, close to the metro. The staff was friendly and very responsive. Everything was perfect!

-My room exactly facing the city,which is very amazing view. -Room was spacious,comfortable mattress and pillow,clean of course. Actually the room temperature just nice even if u just want to using the fan instead of AC -the lift took some time to wait but thats okay for me -check out smoothly,but during checkin got a little issues but settled,i just hope that next time wont be technical issues -staff was really helpful so dont worry even there was a ton of guests waiting -Really have a great stay here,maybe will come again in future✌🏻
