房間乾淨程度是OK的，酒店位置也是可以的。服務真的差…取行李在G 等半天G沒人，出去找服務人員，也不理人。就在那站着，不知道在那站樁幹什麼呢，也沒有人幫你拿！前兩晚住在麗思卡爾頓 酒店環境一般，服務是真的好。

My stay in the room was wonderful. Everything was top-notch: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The furniture and appliances were in great condition, the bedding was fresh, and there were no unpleasant smells. It was quiet and perfect for rest. I was very impressed and would be happy to stay here again.

What a fantastic Service & Hotel. The Service is perfect and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. There is something for every taste. The dinner buffet offers a wide selection of delicacies that taste excellent. Anyone who criticizes this hotel must have been in a particularly bad mood because there is nothing to criticize.

hands-down the best hotel in KL! From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL for its luxury, prime location, and impeccable service. Can’t wait to come back!

Good location located in the heart of KLCC next to Petronas tower, the room is normal standard for FS hotel not beyond. BF also nice they have western, Malay and Chinese food, Front desk also greeting and reminded our stayed record at others FS but not offer to upgrade the room🙂↕️
