The location of the hotel is great and practical, as it's situated near the city center with all the major sights nearby. The hotel's aesthetics are also pleasant. However, our first room (number 29-13) was a terrible experience. It was infested with bugs. I killed as many as I could, hoping that would be the end of it, but they kept appearing. I'm certain I killed at least 10 bugs! They kept us awake all night; unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. The video below doesn't reflect the true size of the bugs, in reality, some were over a centimeter long. Avoid this specific room, and possibly all rooms on level 29, if the issue remains unresolved.
Additionally, the room was dirty and only cleaned once a week (or every five days). No fresh towels, toilet paper, or other essentials were provided. This felt very unprofessional.
Furthermore, it felt quite unsafe. We were placed on a high floor, yet there was no reception phone or alarm system in the room in case of emergency. No clear emergency procedures were communicated, so we could only hope the elevators were functioning if something went wrong.
Overall, the service and reception were poor, although we were compensated without issue.
The hotel and rooms have great potential and could offer an excellent stay if these problems were addressed.
Unfortunately, due to the issues mentioned above, we will not be returning.

Everything is good . Just the room is a bit small than I expected. Nice view from the room but If I could get a room at more higher level, the view would be nicer. View from the pool is amazing. I would suggest if the owner could provide some plastic bags in the room as well

We had a great and pleasent stay at ceylonz suits hotel by mykeys. Our room was spacious and very well maintained with good and nice facilities. We had an incredible view and a nice modern bathroom in our room. There was a rooftop pool and gym for guest use only providing a good view above the roofs of Kuala Lumpur. Service was great too, we would definitely recommend visiting :).

Daily housekeeping was indicated at booking but to my surprise, I was told after 1 day that daily housekeeping isn’t included. There was no proactive notification to me during check-in, WhatsApp enquiries were not replied to quickly and staff did not check on guests to see if any toiletries needed to be refilled. I also had bug bites all over leg. View of the room was great. Noise from big families and door slammings can be heard throughout the day and night. The WiFi password on the key card was obviously illegible but staff handed it out to guests anyway without any proactive clarification. Location of hotel is good as a short cab ride can bring you to malls like Quill City Mall, Sunway Putra, Suria KLCC, etc.
Overall, I got what I paid for. Will most probably be exploring other apartment hotels in KL the next time I’m there.

March 2025, around 10:30pm.
I was just starting using the hairdryer for 5 seconds, the hairdryer start to catch fire.
The smoke is spread in the room.
I was lucky enough to cut off the power in time,before the fire was spreading near the bedsheet.
Please look into this safety risk seriously.
I cannot imagine what will happen if I didn’t manage to cut off the power in time. The room might be on fire, even the building….

Very nice hotel in this price. Enjoyed the views from sky pool. Hotel and room has got everything you will need during you stay. You will get the hub and hood in adjustable kitchen gate. You can cook your own food very easily. We loved it. It was like you have shifted in an apartment in the Malaysia.

Everything good. Good view, the whole building is well maintained, the pocket gardens are pretty. But would be great if ironing board and hair dryer are provided.

gorgeous view, great location. room cleaning is a bit lame. there is a tap with drinking water and a filter for it, but it did not work, there was no water in the room
