I think the check in process could be speed up with more staffs. During the check in time, they only have 1 crew at the check in counter, another 2 was just standing there doing other things. Besides, there is no any welcoming vibe from the staff.
Upon check out, the staffs show impatience to other customers as well.
I think they need to bulk up on this, it’s a nice hotel, don’t ruin the reputation by its people.

Symon made my stay memorable he was so helpful and welcoming. He always made sure that he greets us with a smile and that is truly appreciated.
Now for the sad part. The room looked clean but there are a couple of alarming details that I found. 1st 1 of the 2 AC vents wasn't working and when looked at it was full of dust I was sneezing the entire time I was I the room. The couch also looked stained and not cleaned.
I attached a picture of the vent and you can see almost half of the vent was full of dust.

Varieties of choices for breakfast. Nice view even from lobby at floor 40. Have wireless charger but when I charge my iPhone, battery level keep reducing although showing charging.

This is the 2nd time stay here.The hotel staff is friendly. Love the facilities especially the swimming pool. Definitely come back again

Traveling with family can be challenging especially when checking into four rooms but the front desk was quick, friendly and efficient.
Full disclosure I also stayed next door in their competition, Dorsett. The facilities are of the same standard and quality from my point of view. However, the Dorsett Hotel was able to accommodate requests to have family on the same floor and provided a complimentary gift in our room.
Our stay:
The Capri rooms are clean and housekeeping did a good job. All four rooms were clean and provided a lovely place away from home.
I will mention that the AC in the hallways and elevators wasn't working. But that's not a deal-breaking. If I had to look with a critical eye I would recommend that the accommodation really up their Breakfast game. It could benefit from a larger range of selection and avoid making eggs and leaving them out to get cold. Maybe some people like theirs cold but I for one would rather have it freshly made and hot.
Although the breakfast was a disappointment the rooms and service at the front desk staff made up for this.
FYI: the key cards stop working after 12 o clock on check out and keep your receipt safe so that you can get the refund of your deposit.
All in all, my family enjoyed their stay and time at this place.

Capri by Fraser strategically located near Pavilion and TRX Exchange. It’s also near win heng seng and a 7/11. It’s clean, enough space and reasonable price. We loving it!
