Best hospitality experience ever. The food was amazing. Especially Chef Ram’s cooking expertise and consideration ( like packing sandwiches and muffins for kids for early morning activities) were heartwarming. Yoga instructor Gayathri and massage therapist were also good. Everyone was polite and smiling. Things that need improvement are kids activities at the venue . Also better guidance in booking for Periyar tiger reserve activities would be helpful for guests.

Gayathry made my stay lovely. There was confusion with links and payments and bookings in the area but Gayathry stayed with me and helped smooth everything over. She is a wonderful, beautiful asset to this hotel and is an expert in guest services. Her passions and expertise include yoga, instruction and she thrives as a meditation expert. I would not have survived without her expertise and guidance in all areas of communication for my stay. Thank you so much! I will never forget you and all that you did for me!!

This is shreeja guptha.we recently visited hills and hues on May 4, Home out side home...very caring staff.neat and clean environment.food is too good.enjoyed my birthday party there.. swimming pool...no words to say..too good .will sure come again. Manager Ram and Prabhu from restaurant dep was soooo friendly and caring.I would suggest that this is the must visit place. Thank you

This is really awesome staying here. The best spot in tekkady it seems.very worthy staying in all kinds. Very clean and location is too good.iconic thing is infinite swimming pool never seen like this..hatts off to architecture. Service is too good Particularly the property manager Mr. Prabhu is very friendly and his care made us to come again.Rooms are much safe and clean .toiletries are awesome. Every used material are expensive and too good to use. Regarding restaurant it's expensive but worty ...very tasty foods...Mr.ram from restaurant had taken much care. Surprise birthday complimentary cake had given us and made tears . 100 percent guarantee to stay over.

Had a wonderful stay...staffs where extremely friendly...breathtaking views and stunning stay...very tasty food....really had the best stay. Even during such summer we saw the most in the morning. They also have 3 view points. Loved it.must visit.

We had a memorable stay at Hills and Hues resort. The staffs went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Services provided by the staffs- reception,restaurant,housekeeping and room service were outstanding. The cherry on the top of the icing was Chef Ram’s service. He not only prepared dishes requested by us but also took the time to discuss our preferences in detail. Our special thanks to chef and restaurant staffs. Overall our experience was awesome. We will wholeheartedly recommend this resort to our friends and family.

One of the best resorts on kerala having a great ambience and friendly staffs. The food served is delicious. The main highlight of the resort is their infinity pool from where the family can watch the valley in the evening. The pool is not heated, though.

The stay experience was totally awesome. The location in fact had very nice and breathtaking views and atmosphere altogether. The pool was awesome and the restaurant also had different experiences. I suggest need more activities for the kids. Only 1 or 2 is there. Overall a nice and different experience we received from the staff. Very hospitable and trained staffs. Ms. Danya did a wonderful job from our check-in to checkout. I am very thankful to her. Also from the Restaurant staff was very friendly. The room was very neat and clean. I like the soap which they placed in the room. Thank you Hills and hues. Will surely recommend this resort of you are traveling to Thekkady.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We stayed for two nights and we felt that was not enough to explore the property and Thekkady. We had a warm welcome at the reception. They gave us red roses ***** with dry ginger coffee and ginger candy. We felt a little odd when they served hot ginger coffee on a sunny day. Perhaps it's okay the other things we liked a lot. The check-in went really smoothly and Dhanya explained our package details and the other activities in and around Thekkady. She also escorted us to our room. The cottage room was cute and cozy. It was well cleaned by Gopu and Nagaraj. We really appreciate the effort taken by them. Their pool has an amazing view of Tamil Nadu as well as the restaurant. The ambience of the restaurant is nice and the staff are really helpful. They do have some in-house activities, it starts from evening 4. Sreerag took us to a view point in Tamilnadu and we saw Periyar Lake and Mangaladevi mountain from there. The Tea tasting was a nice experience. The cooking demo was good but it was not an interactive section. It was really helpful if the chef explained the steps one by one. Unfortunately we couldn't attend the campfire. The next day we did nature walk, we were not able to book it through online and we informed the same in the reception then Dhanya arranged it and did the elephant shower. The reception staff went out to make our stay comfortable. We felt like home only. We are planning to visit here with our family very soon for a long stay.
