Absolutely wonderful hotel, we stayed in a lovely balcony room, the room was clean and comfortable, staff are kind and helpful. Would definitely come back if in Kunming.

This location is fairly accessible to all the tourist spots. The hotel room is spacious as we booked a family room that has two beds that sleeps 4 comfortably.

該酒店無論是前台人員還是樓層的保潔人員都非常熱情，服務周到，温馨體貼！酒店的服務項目非常的貼心，配套設施也很完善
唯美不足的是：酒店房間的隔音效果太差了，客人在廊道里講話猶如就在房間裏；樓上洗澡沖水時下水管道的流水聲音吵得無法入睡；房間的吊頂裏面有老鼠跑來跑去的咚咚響，這些情況都向前台反映過，希望酒店在硬件設施方面以予整改

最高評價：下次還來！幾個點：
1、飛機晚點，凌晨四點才入住，還有人員在值班等着並主動表示可以到兩點退房；
2、房間細節很棒，評價一個酒店最細節的牙刷、浴巾、小零食等等都很用心；智能化做的也很好，是新裝修的；位置也很好
3、退房後把行李箱寄存在酒店，返回時候高鐵快趕不上了，在出租車上快到之前就告知酒店能否提前幫找行李。結果工作人員直接把行李箱拖到路邊等着！這點很無敵
最後，我愛昆明。

酒店位置很好，整體環境也很好，房間裏有免費的水跟飲料，還有小零食，來昆明的這幾天都是住在這裏，服務超好～有夜宵，提供下午茶，可以去洗衣房洗衣服，周邊還有蠻多不錯吃東西的地方！最後一天還定了個花園房，拍照超好看～
