Yonghewu Designer Homestay (Xinyingxincheng Branch)

I'm so happy to have found such a clean guesthouse in Kunming! The duplex layout is perfect for family trips, and the high ceilings feel very spacious. The apartment building is new, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a nice view of the street outside. What I loved most is that both floors are equipped with XGIMI projectors, which provided a fantastic entertainment experience! When traveling, everyone cares about cleanliness, and this place really excels in that. The bedding was super comfortable too – I slept like a baby! They also provide a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, so you can even heat up any leftover food you bring back. That's a huge plus! 😎 As for transportation, it's not far from Metro Line 4 downstairs. Getting to the airport or high-speed rail station just involves a transfer. There's a popular local market nearby, which is super convenient for grabbing food – I especially loved the tomatoes and mini corn from there! However, it takes about an hour by metro to Dounan Flower Market and Kunming South Station, which feels quite long. If you're going to Kunming Station, I'd recommend a taxi as it seems closer. For night markets and the downtown pedestrian street, it's only two or three metro stops away. Overall, especially when traveling with parents, I'd still highly recommend staying here! I forgot my facial cleanser when I left, and the owner contacted me immediately and even helped me mail it back! Absolutely deserves a huge thumbs up! The cleaning auntie is also incredibly meticulous! All in all, this is a guesthouse with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend everyone to stay here; I had a great three-night stay. It's a cozy guesthouse! I also wish all the guesthouse staff a Happy New Year and thriving business.
