I have stayed in several different B&Bs while out and about, and this one is probably the most satisfactory. It is very warmly decorated, the rooms are very clean, and the facilities are complete. It is also convenient to eat downstairs. Can't fault it. Five points of praise!

Located on the 4th Avenue of Runcheng, the largest community in Kunming, it costs more than ten yuan to get a taxi to Haigeng Dam and 10 yuan to Kunming Railway Station. It is more expensive to take a taxi with the meter. You can go to Wanda Shopping City to eat, drink and walk, and the price/performance ratio is great. It's just that the renovation in 2023 has a bit of a smell. The elevators in the building are still covered with wooden boards, so the flaws are not hidden.

The room is clean and the house is new. The bedding is soft!
This is the most home-like B&B I have ever stayed in, so meticulous! There are all kinds of pots and pans, the quilts are divided into different categories, there are three cutting boards, and there are all kinds of hand sanitizers and soaps. Even the bags are prepared for you when you go out. The boss sister is even more meticulous!
