非常出乎我的意料，現代感實足的一家酒店，前台小姐姐温柔甜美服務好，房內配有無線充，TypeC等接口，衞浴用品用的是漢斯格雅，房間內的直飲水機更是YYDS，解決了我每次出門要自帶摺疊燒水壺的困擾，酒店的浴袍更是貼心的放在了袋子裏，乾淨又衞生，小小的角落裡居然還有掛燙機，真的是一應俱全。酒店出門左轉就是地鐵3號線，街對面就是恆隆廣場，步行8-10分鐘，真的是太方便了，力鑒！

作為一名酒店控，等候這家香格里拉集團的酒店等待了十年之久，終於在這個五一黃金週打開營業了，萬眾期待。
首先，酒店坐落於市區中心核心地段交通便利，出門便是地鐵口，可謂是天時地利人和，附近就是恆隆和萬象城兩個商圈，非常方便。
進入酒店區域，映入眼簾的首先是一面滿是植物和鮮花的裝飾牆，馬上把人帶入到春城的美好意境，酒店大堂有一個超讚的LED大屏，滿是美輪美奐，春意盎然的畫面，鮮花盛開，彩蝶紛飛。
酒店大堂的休息區域，典雅舒適，坐在沙發上實在挪不動腳。
開唐咖啡吧，設計感十足，早餐是亮點，小鍋米線，麪包，烤破酥包是我十年內吃過最好吃的味道，自助餐枱雖然不大，但沒有任何敷衍湊數的菜品，服務非常可心温暖，服務員和廚師每個人都很友好。
下午，可以呆一下午，皮爺咖啡也是昆明的首家登錄，價格也很合適，甜點也超讚。
客房，床品非常舒適，直飲水機也很方便，無線充電很方便，解決了旅居的**煩，還有可以手機pad擴音的設計，對於愛聽音樂的人簡直是大福利，超愛床邊的沙發，可以看到外面體育場。
健身中心，驚呆了，從來沒見過有這麼大的健身房，超級多的設備，很多都沒試過，頂級的品牌，服務人員服務也很好，早上小跑了半小時，不錯不錯。
這家香格里拉集團旗下的JEN酒店非常值得推薦，下次還想來試試loft，多叫幾個盆友來。

總體來説，小而精緻的酒店。服務人員都比較年輕活力，前台男生女生們的制服很不錯，淺淺的藍色，小白鞋，人都很精神也有禮貌，是昆明市中心很久沒見到的新氣象了！
上樓層出電梯，聞到茶香，解開竹籃子看到是茶葉，為了去新酒店的味道，酒店用心的。
房間裏的浴袍和拖鞋也有很多心思，浴袍拉鍊有防重複使用的安全扣，很細心的設計。拖鞋分顏色，質感很好，可以帶回家的質量，哈哈
房間還有擺床上的小桌子，這點很居家實用，晚上刷刷Pad什麼的，就很舒服了。門口還發現小小的隔間裏竟然放了熨燙機和墊板，真是收納大神。。。
西餐廳就在前台旁邊，偶然看到玻璃窗裏的小蛋糕，還是很可愛的，咖啡廳提供皮爺咖啡，口感不錯。
一圈住下來，覺得這家新星酒店是在已有的客觀條件上，盡全力做細節，很區別於昆明現在滿大街的衹能遠觀不可近看的網紅酒店了。

服務：不愧是香格里拉大品牌旗下酒店！從未進門開始解除的每一位員工都非常熱情、耐心、有禮貌。用我老公的原話是每個人眼裡都有活，主動幫忙。
衞生和環境也是很不錯的。下次到昆明一定會選這家。有點遺憾的是睡過頭，早餐沒吃上😂前台小哥哥看到我們兩個人還特意送多了一份早餐，結果都沒吃。謝謝臨走前送的小禮物🎁

酒店位於東風東路，毗鄰恆隆廣場及金格百貨。出行，購物都非常方便，在春城CBD市中心鬧中取靜的同時，也作為出差公務酒店的不二之選。
入住體驗很Nice,房間智能系統非常適合年輕一代，可持續發展的理念體現在房間各個角落，床頭無線充電非常省心且方便，直飲水系統秉持香格里拉環保理念。餐廳裝潢體現香格里拉集團一直秉持的設計之美，酒店員工臉上都面帶微笑，前台服務很熱情,特別是銷售何總監，熱情友好接地氣，從下榻至離店都有賓至如歸且難忘的體驗。

這次帶倆孩子入住，衝著交通方便和香格里拉品牌新酒店隨機選的，卻出乎意料的驚喜！
設施新穎，可謂是昆明市中心最年輕最chill的五星酒店。一入住馬上貼心送上孩子的專屬洗漱、拖鞋、歡迎甜品和水果，好感度馬上倍增。
酒店早餐更是驚喜，有廚師會現場針對住客口味偏好定製熱滾粥（很鮮很好喝）、雲南特色銅鍋小鍋米線、能按口味喜好選擇新鮮果蔬定製自己想要的最新鮮的果、蔬汁。用餐過程中，工作人員會熱情上來推薦剛出爐的雲南特色 玫瑰餡粑粑。
住過那麼多國內外五星酒店，昆明JEN HOTEL的細節服務真的是印象深刻。五星推薦。

很幸運雲南之行發現了JEN酒店，雖然有評論說房間不大,但個人認為空間剛好，所有的硬件和設計都很到位,對得起香格里拉集團這品牌，服務方面，各員工都很有禮貌和專注，早餐更不用說,品種很精,米線是我前此行中吃過很不錯的,作為香港人能在雲南吃到高水準的生滾粥很感動。下次再到昆明，JEN是首選。

入住當天在路上耽誤了，近凌晨3點才到達酒店，車才進入酒店內部路，行李小哥就迎過來了，疲憊的心情倍感親切。前台小姐姐送了酒店自製點心，貼心且快速的辦理了入住。房間雖然不大，但是比較別緻，物品齊全並很有品質，住起來就比較順手，舒適，漢斯格雅的空氣花灑特別舒服，另外：個人特別喜歡配備的低因咖啡[呲牙]。餐廳滿滿的鮮花，看到心情就大好，早餐的種類和品質也是驚艷到，服務員和廚師們都很熱情，還吃到了主廚送的大理喜洲粑粑，雲南特色早餐真的就是怕肚子不夠裝，給我一整天充滿了能量[偷笑]，總之，是一個愉快的住宿體驗。
