The price was higher during the peak season of Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day, but when I extended the stay, the price of the original room had actually dropped compared to the off-season. The service is terrible. The boss's mother is at the front desk. She gave the wrong room code once and checked out at 12 o'clock. At noon, the boss's mother knocked on the door and asked us to check out, saying that someone else had made a reservation and asked us to come out quickly. I logged out and no one had booked this room. The experience was extremely bad. There were two small bottles of Nongfu Spring in the room, and no other water or drinks. When checking in, the old lady at the front desk didn't know how to do it, so I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes.

之行之莯我們已經差不多住了兩年多了，去年以前是一位姐姐在管理，每次有問題都很認真負責，沒有出過什麼問題，打掃衞生的是位年紀大點的阿姨，雖然慢，但是很認真負責，而且熱情，管家那裡永遠開着門，有種賓至如歸的感覺。今年開始換了個管理人員，消息回覆是不及時的，洗澡的熱水是時冷時熱的，wifi是不好用的，早7：30送昆明南站，提前一晚説好，早上打了三個電話沒人接。之前那種賓至如歸的感覺也是沒有的。還有一個大的bug，之行之莯的每一間我都住過，每一間的馬桶都往上濺水，濺得極其厲害，我每次都是自己買清潔泡泡噴了再上廁所。之前衹有這個bug，而且是設施問題，覺得算了，現在真的是諸多問題疊加。

環境衞生還可以，訂購的時候明確説明第二天需要送高鐵站（這個也有寫在商家首頁），酒店對接人説要我自己打車報銷，16.35元結果一直未轉賬給我，我想法是如果不能送站或者不願意承擔這個費用就不要作出承諾，言而無信總是不太好吧
