Great hotel in Kunming! Room is so big and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful as well, loved our stay here.

(1) Hotel condition is good. (2) Rooms are big. Location is good and (3) can find delicious food, coffee etc by 10 to 15 minutes walk behind hotel building. (4) 100 to 150 rmb rent per day is fine for staying here. (5) Washroom is big and clean with hot water. (6) Overall service is good & (7) accommodate foreigners👍🏼. HOWEVER, (1) Wi-Fi lose connection in night for 2 nights. (2) First night a guy is terrible drunk and screaming outside rooms in corridor disturb us too much (3) I think hotel management should not allowed 🚫 drunk people. “ My Comments and vote for this hotel is 70% is good and 30% is bad”. Overall no big issues. You can stay as solo, family or date. That’s all

這間就是黑公寓，大家避雷，買東西訂酒店從來不評論，人生第一個五星差評給你了，出行前20天訂的雙床房間，當時有優惠價是75元，入住當天12點打來説沒有我訂的雙床房，讓我改了1.8米單床房，要不讓我們退房，我們兩大一小入住的，最後讓小孩睡窗台解決了這個問題，剛拿到房卡上了個廁所（大號），一按沖水馬桶堵了大便沖不下去，然後出去跟老闆説拿個通馬桶的東西通一下，想着老闆説房間都滿了就互相體諒一下，沒要求換房，睡一晚一大早走沒修好也將就住了，就這樣沒有馬桶將就睡了一晚。一大早7點多老闆就來門口問我要退房了沒，趕我們走那種感覺，住房的時候收了100按金，到退房的時候跟我説要扣75元按金，原因是馬桶壞了修馬桶費用，説我們75元房費是當時搞錯了，這樣是虧本的，所以馬桶維修費必須付，最後強行收取75按金，衞生很差，毛巾被單很舊很臟，發灰髮黑的，環境就是黴黴的，很舊，很舊的，根本不是酒店，就是一棟樓裏面17樓的公寓沒有招牌的，老闆人品很有問題，搞不起活動價就別搞，知道這麼臟舊的75元都不住，還要一晚上沒廁所用，還要睡窗台，看圖片跟現場根本不是一回事。幫你們避雷了，大家三思！！

非常推薦她家的房間，房間都是酒店老闆親自打掃，衞生有保障，老闆娘和前台美女都很熱情好客，她家酒店需要搶購，常常住滿。
