地鐵在機場前站下車，酒店就可以有接送服務，很方便。酒店環境很好很舒服，老闆很熱情，愉快的住宿體驗，下次再來昆明還會住這👍

這家客棧非常好！可以當作離開雲南最後一站休閑去處。比起機場附近住宅區裏其他的酒店湊湊合合的感覺，這家真的是非常良心了，老闆人超級好，是個樂於助人的熱心腸，接送機服務也非常方便，下次趕飛機還會住這裏！

老闆服務態度很好，就是太偏僻了，從高鐵站打車到那裡花了150大洋。司機一路念這麼遠。可能是淡季，沒啥人氣。睡一覺第二天起來差不多就讓老闆送我們去機場了。

整體感覺挺好的，床品乾淨，床墊也軟硬適中，老闆也很熱情，我們是四家帶娃的想住在一起，所以找了一個小院子，離昆明市區有一段距離，勝在清靜，孩子們可以瘋耍，大人們可以圍爐烤火喝茶，老闆家瓜子隨便嗑，晚上買點燒烤，喝點小酒，很是愜意。

設施完善：大家知道昆明四季如春，很多酒店和民宿老闆都沒安裝空調，這家初晴山院民宿老闆大氣，還安裝了空調✌️
熱水也真的很給力，不過可能是因為太陽能的原因、需要多方一會兒，水温才足夠！
老闆很熱情，指導停車🅿️，我們在院子裏喝茶也很愜意！如果你來昆明旅遊，在長水國際機場附近就推薦這家初晴山院民宿！
附近吃飯買東西也很方便！民宿後邊是嚴家莊村民活動中心吃飯購物也方便！！
