Wasn’t my first choice since my original booking at another hotel wouldn’t accept foreigners but I was pleasantly surprised by this facility.
Located in front of a park, there are tons of shops and restaurants around. The hotel lobby is also an anime shop. The fitness facilities on the third floor looked great, and there were also washing machines. The room was small but really clean and comfortable. The windows were large. I requested a non-smoking room but of course there was an ashtray beside the bed.

前台態度冷漠，説話聲音小，無法聽清，需要重複詢問，也沒有主動給早餐券，提出來後才給的。房間隔音極差，不能忍一晚上都沒有睡好，地板臟，還有塞小卡片的，房間除了衞生紙，沒有餐巾紙，衞生間設計奇怪 ，燈光偏暗，浴室有很高的門檻，，，容易絆倒！！！還有噴頭是壞的！早上想洗頭，結果濺了一身！！！非常差的一次入住體驗！！下次避雷

服務極差，到店已經凌晨兩點多了問前台一男的停車場在哪問了兩遍才回答停車場已經停滿了，住了那麼多次車子沒有一次是停在酒店停車場的，也不曉得酒店有沒有停車場！辦理入住等了有五分鐘吧，沒有其他客人，不曉得這位前台小夥子再操作什麼，態度非常不好，這種員工也不曉得是怎麼培訓上崗的全程都是黑着臉不耐煩的態度！

昨晚我在錦江之星準備定了一間大床房，於是就問價格，價格明顯的貴了好多，他們是坐地起價的而且還説我們酒店現在改名了不叫錦江之星了，一堆的理由，尤其是吧枱裏面一個胖胖的男的態度特別惡劣，後來我想那麼晚了就算了吧，就住這吧結果給了一間房裡麪的空調是壞的開了一晚上了還是冷一點不制熱，
