Thai hospitality with Japanese elegance. The hotel looks nice, it's brand new so it would. The interior design of the property and the room is stunning.

This was my third visit to Kyoto, but first time staying in the Dusit Thani. It was a fantastic property with beautiful interior design, service, and location. The breakfasts offered a nice variety of flavors with good portions, and the bar had some very interesting cocktails.
Would highly recommend the hotel.

Amazing stay! Super friendly staff, Tippy was especially helpful. Very ethnically diverse staff with good English.
Breakfast was superb. Half buffet style, beautifully served unlimited main courses with lots of varieties to choose from.
The bar has an amazing ambient.
Everything is clean and tidy, modern and stylish.
Amazing bathtub and shower design.
Would 100% stay there again!!

2024年京都櫻花季住了好幾個酒店，都喜天麗第一次入住，現在不喜歡住老五星比如大倉，訂了一些新酒店，這家很新裝修味剛過。服務非常周到，坐在大堂等他們叫出租車很方便，有夜床服務。酒店一樓咖啡廳每週六有藝伎表演其他天也有一些泰國表演。有個非常好的游泳池，住店記得帶泳衣。也有spa . 餐廳有個自助和鐵板燒，還有一個酒吧。定的基礎房，沒有景觀。房型周正寬大，裝修備品布草是五星級標準，安靜舒適。位置到公共交通不方便，靠近京都站，全部靠出租車。附近有東、西本願寺、三十三間堂，便利店5分鐘．幻滅就在一瞬間，先是發現沙發靠墊上一根金色長髮我黑髮，後面在床邊發現一團紙，絕對不是我用的，頓感不適，馬上退房走了。櫻花季房價貴我訂了很多三星、4星都沒出現過這種情況，尤其波特樂衞生打掃得超級乾淨。總結房間好、服務好、衞生不及格。

酒店距離京都站不算太近，有一定步行距離，酒店服務方面當地日本人員的服務都10分好，但是聽説是泰國的品牌，外地員工方面態度顯得10分冷漠，沒有感覺到任何熱情與服務，比普通泰國的酒店服務員還有所不及，酒店衞生方面酒店標榜是五星但有一些角洛打掃得還不算乾淨，如圖一，就連三井花園這種角落也會處理得好

很好～本來定了4晚，後面又加了一晚。離京都站很近，公交車兩站就到酒店正門口下車的，打車的話1000左右也很便宜。去高島屋打車1200-1500的樣子，坐公交需要步行十分鐘去一個公交站台，坐十幾分鍾。
房間乾淨，面積大，床也很大很舒服，可能唯一不太滿意的就是洗浴用品不是獨立包裝的。
其他沒啥毛病，服務態度也都很好～

地理位置非常不好 去哪裡都不方便 地鐵、公交、吃飯都要走15分鐘以上的路程 純住酒店或者出門打車的可以 但酒店比較小也沒啥可度假的 重點來了此次預訂特別為了住新酒店又是泰國的品牌選擇的這裏 想説體驗感應該會不錯 特別備註了要高樓層的城市景房 酒店也表示儘量滿足 但去到酒店以滿房為由 前後浪費了我們3、4個小時溝通房間問題 最後還是給了我們最開始預留的房間 房間正對着施工場地。。房型感覺也不對版 我們訂的尊貴特大床房 給的是豪華特大床房。。衞生間衹有一個洗漱台 當天是中秋節 我們因此都沒有吃上晚飯。。沒有給過差評 這家真是忍不了 到最後男經理都無任何作為 還是在我老公的要求下 勉強補償了一頓早餐。。這就是日本的五星酒店。。
