Strategically located near Pakbara pier, nice environment with garden and a giant fish pond. Friendly, courteous and attentive boss and staff. Internal room extremely clean

Place - near to pier ( walking distance) - near to 7e ( walking distance) @ roti pisang infront 7e nice - near to 'makan place' for dinner and bfst - near to Pak Bara View Point - Owner can speak English and some staff can speak Malay. Family business and they are very friendly and helpful. Room - Acceptable for the price Parking - Free but limited

Room very clean and spacious.. the receptionist really help you from your check in and check out.. so you don't worry about anything else.. they can speak thai and basic english.. location near with jetty.. if you want to go to jetty.. they have their own tuktuk.

The rooms are clean and close to tourist attractions. Good place to stay.

Second time coming here. First time Nov 2022 & this is the 2nd time Oct 2023. Gracious service at the counter. Clean room. quiet environment. Suitable for rest after a long journey from Malaysia. Close to the 7th and shops.

Accommodation near Pak Bara Pier, a short walk away. Within the resort, there is a shady place to relax and the staff are smiling.

But the mattress is a bit hard, can be a little softer. Comfortable as the name suggests, beautiful nature, very good service, impressive." Because being close to the sea and attractions is good.

Location near the port, very convenient. Helpful and friendly staff. On the other hand, pay attention to the door openings which are low for the bathroom for example.

Room is not the same with pictures. So old,towels is so old too and toilet is tink.

Nice place

We didn’t regret even for a second that we chose “Best house resort” as a place for our stopover during our trip to Koh Lipe. Firstly, because it was a pleasure to communicate with the staff both on the “booking the room” stage (we were communicating via their FB page) and also on “settling in” stage as well. Benevolent owner, khun Ken, even let us leave our car on the property while we were on the Island (you can easily contact him or staff on that matter, personally). Secondly, as a lot of people already mentioned, the location is absolutely perfect: 7\11, pier and lovely coffee shop “The barista café” are located just five minutes away from “Best house”. Also, the territory of the place is so cute, it has its own lake and a lot of greenery. Finally, the room we booked absolutely met our needs. In other words, this place deserves five stars from our side. P.S we completely forgot to snap photos of this place but consider this thing as an additional reason to come back here.
