"The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. It's on the steepest street, so getting there is difficult even by car. There's no parking; you can load and unload your luggage, but you have to leave your car at the beginning of the street and walk up. The accommodation isn't very practical, but its location is interesting."

"The room was very spacious and had great natural lighting, which I really appreciated. It felt comfortable during the day and overall the space itself was quite nice. However, the WiFi was extremely poor. Even basic social media would keep buffering, and trying to watch a show at night was almost impossible — it would pause every couple of minutes. Since there’s not much to do around in the evening, this was pretty frustrating. Another thing that felt a bit uncomfortable was the mirror placement next to the bed upstairs. It’s not directly facing the bed, but if you turn to the side, you’re basically looking straight into it. I know this might not bother everyone, but in some cultures (like feng shui), having a mirror facing the bed is considered bad for sleep and overall comfort, so it felt a bit odd to me. The bathroom was also a bit annoying — the fan automatically turns on with the light and can’t be switched off separately. It was quite loud, so even using the bathroom felt uncomfortable after a while. Parking space was decent in size, but getting out was inconvenient. I had to reverse multiple times because the space behind wasn’t very wide. Overall, the room itself is nice, but the WiFi and some layout details could really use improvement."

"The front desk staff were great, and the service was excellent. The room design was also nice, but there were three very large flies in the room. The shower design was poorly thought out, with no separation between the wet and dry areas, so the entire bathroom was soaked after a shower."

"On my New Zealand road trip, I stopped in Dunedin and wanted to explore the city center. This hotel's location was perfect for that, and the price was reasonable. The room was what you'd expect for the price. The parking was a bit expensive; I paid 25 NZD per night, so I'd recommend looking for alternatives. Breakfast was included, but they didn't even have fresh coffee. Still, there was bread, yogurt, and other things, so you could definitely fill up. Oh, and the room had a small balcony with a view, which was a pleasant surprise."

The hotel is at the northernmost end of Danidine, with a beautiful environment and free parking, but a bit far from the city center, about 2km, need to drive out, we parked the car in the supermarket parking lot in the city center, free parking for 90 minutes."

"This hotel has a long history, so the facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is still good. When I checked in, there was no one at the front desk, so the key was left in an envelope with three candies. My booking didn't include breakfast, but they thoughtfully provided a banana and some cereal. It was a good experience."

What probably does it dessert is that the check in is made in autonomy and that it is not warned when booking but well organized with your key and your name in a safe box in any case until the time of opening of the booking. The hotel is open up to 18:00, there seems to be a Reception on the first floor, but we haven't seen anyone, you are answered by the phone if necessary . , However, forget the Parking which is a priori always full (it is easy to park around and not cheap) but beyond these last details, you can go closed your eyes, it's an excellent price quality ratio!"

The villa is a two-story, standalone building with parking right at the door. The room is fully equipped, and the kitchen is suitable for preparing quick meals."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were lovely, right from reception, housekeeping to porters. As we had been travelling for a couple of weeks, having a laundry in the hotel was a lovely bonus. There were food places of all varieties within walking distance as well. Definitely recommend staying here"
