The US is often one of our preferred vacation destinations. This was the first time I've encountered such a successful breakfast. The location feels safe, and there are plenty of places nearby to socialize. However, there are some downsides. The hotel is a bit old. A significant draft comes in through the doors. If you turn on the AC, it's uncomfortable because the direction is fixed, and it's very noisy. Plus, the air-blowing mechanism, no matter how much it's cleaned, is full of dust. The parking is free, and there's always enough space, which isn't an issue. The 24/7 fitness center is great. We only purchased our theme park tickets through guest services, and it ended up being a huge disappointment. We wasted an entire day and couldn't go to the park we originally wanted to because the tickets were sold out. While the hotel itself wasn't directly at fault for this, we were completely messed around by the Holiday Inn timeshare team, and the resulting problems ruined part of our vacation.

The hotel is not bad, however there were a couple of downsides:
1. The service was extremely slow, every time we had to wait for 20 minutes at the reception.
2. I have received a small package and had to pay $9 USD pick up fee.
3. I forgot my jacket at my room and when I called the hotel they said that they were unable to locate it.
4. The room was not cleaned and the shampoos/soap were not refilled as well as the towels were not picked up from the floor or changed within several days of my stay.
Otherwise, it was pretty clean but not spotless. I haven't tried the breakfast so can't say. The parking is free.

I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Kissimmee Gateway during my trip to Florida and had a comfortable stay.
The hotel is very convenient and easy to access. The room was spacious and came with good amenities. Parking is free and there are plenty of parking spaces available, which was very convenient. Breakfast is not included, but the hotel is close to many restaurants and very near Disney resorts, making transportation easy.
Overall, it’s a good choice for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay near Disney, and I would recommend it.

This is an official Disney hotel, and it came with complimentary water park tickets, which was a lot of fun. The room wasn't huge but it was very clean. The AC was ice-cold; even when turned off, it would automatically reactivate to maintain the set temperature. The hotel staff were very friendly, and parking at the Disney theme parks was free by just scanning our room key, which was a fantastic perk.

The environment is quite good, clean and comfortable. The front desk service attitude is also excellent. The hotel has a large public area, and there's a swimming pool. All the facilities are quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. There's also a shuttle bus to Disneyland.

The equipment is old and there are cockroaches. There are too few washing machines and dryers. The front desk employee Parks is very very kind. The service of the hotel staff is five-star. After staying for 6 days, there are only room cleaning staff, which makes me less satisfied.

GGuest UserThe Kompose Boutique Hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable! The staff was very kind and attentive and the breakfast was great! The distance to the Disney parks is great, but the one complaint is the street the hotel is located on is very busy and loud all night long. For families this is a great place, but if for a couple looking for a little ambiance then this would probably not be your place. Overall I would recommend this hotel for price, amenities and comfort!

CCCciweiThe room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself.
I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent.
The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando.

DDutchiesWe had an amazing stay at Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club! After spending our first night here, the kids didn’t want to leave and asked to stay for a second night. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked during check-out. However, later that day, a room became available, and we were thrilled to be able to extend our stay.
Upon check-in, I was asked for a $100 deposit via credit card. However, I hadn’t received the deposit back from the previous night. The incredibly friendly check-in staff immediately checked and ”reused” the deposit from the first night. At checkout, the deposit was refunded promptly, and it appeared in my European account just minutes later.
The second stay was just as fantastic as the first. The staff is incredibly kind, and we had a different room this time, which was just as clean and in excellent condition. The breakfast was once again wonderful, with a slightly different selection compared to the previous day. The hotel staff works tirelessly to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. This morning, due to Christmas, we were surprised with a visit from Mickey Mouse, who danced a few Christmas songs with the kids and posed for photos with them. It’s clear that this hotel is all about family, friendship, and a lot of love.
Once again, a well-deserved 10+ and a Merry Christmas to all the staff! Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

AAilen CorreaThe hotel was recently renovated, with vinyl flooring and new furniture, which is very good for its category.
Excellent breakfast, with bread, waffles/pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, porridge, juice, coffee, and muffins. The breakfast area is small, unfortunately they don't allow you to take food to your room, but you can wait a little while to get a table.
A negative point is the cleaning of the rooms. They didn't tell me at check-in that it was done every other day. I don't consider this a problem, but the problem was that on the cleaning days the floor was NEVER cleaned during my entire stay. The towels were changed, but they never left the correct amount for 4 people. They didn't replace shampoo/conditioner. On the first day after the cleaning, I went to the front desk to ask for a towel and shampoo, and to my surprise, they didn't have any. They gave me an extra face towel and two people had to dry themselves with the face towel. I asked for the next two cleaning services in the morning to clean the floor and replace the towels and amenities, as well as to replace the hair dryer that was missing. The attendant Douglas was very kind and said that this would not happen again, but unfortunately the hotel's housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Despite being a budget hotel, I paid for the service and I would not like to have these inconveniences.
At check out, the attendant Douglas said that he was unable to refund the $100 deposit paid on my credit card (the only method accepted by the hotel), and that my bank refused. When I arrived in Brazil, I contacted the bank, which said that the problem is with the hotel, which is providing incorrect information for the refund. I have already sent emails to the hotel, which insists that it is correct and that the problem is the bank refusing to allow the hotel to make the refund, and I have not yet received my money. The hotel is no longer responding to the emails sent to me.
I would really like to count on Trip's help in resolving this issue, since I purchased the hotel on this platform. In general, the hotel meets my travel profile, as I don't stay at the hotel, but I expected more friendliness from the staff, who, apart from the check-in attendant, the attendant Douglas and the night attendant Harry, who were very helpful, the others at the reception and café that I had contact with were rude, and didn't seem to care about the guests, as if they were doing them a favor by being there.

GGuest UserI found the hotel excellent value. We had a room with 2 double beds on the ground floor and it was quiet at all times. The room was well serviced and the maid was extremely nice. The room was very clean. However it could do with renewed carpets or indeed some other kind of flooring. The breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast area was again kept very clean. The tea/ coffee and juice machines were on all day and we used them instead of the coffee machine in the room. Jorge Arevalo on the desk was extremely friendly and very polite and helpful. The location was excellent for Disney and other places including Premium Outlets and Celebration for a lovely walk or jog. Parking is easy and there are timed shuttles to the parks and back. All in all the hotel is extremely good value for money and I would stay there again.

BBellKarenThe resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.
