AAnonymous UserRoom was clean & housekeeping came every day. Location is good, right next to campus. Staff was very nice during check in & offered free water. Staff was less nice during check out, but allowed us to store our luggage. Housekeeping would reset the AC temp too high, so that the room was too hot upon return. No free breakfast offered. It is difficult to send mail to this address, as it considered part of campus.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is fairly safe, but the surrounding neighborhood is somewhat dangerous, so I wouldn't recommend going out at night. The front desk staff were lukewarm and not very proactive; overall, it was passable. The hand sanitizer smelled strange.

GGuest UserI always love staying at Best Western Plus, well one down fall is every time someone closes their room door you hear it in your room so you'll be up early , well it's annoying so that means you are up by 7am unless you're a hard sleeper. Good thing I get up early.

The breakfast is pretty good the only thing with that is they barely make enough where they may have to go back and make a few items and the gentleman and the woman that works that area act like they paid for the food they will sometimes stand there and watch what you're doing... Like geez let me breathe

KKuochyuanThe hotel is an average 3 star one. Front desk gentleman was helpful and easy to work with giving that we check in at mid night hour. The hotel room is ok but lack of newer accommodations like USB chargers. Bathroom venting fan is not working so it’s very damp when taking a shower. The worst problem is the bathtub drainage. We had to take a shower in inches of standing water.

TThe Budget TravellerBreakfast is only from 6 - 9am, which is quite early so I could never wake up for it. But hotel was clean enough. Cheapest option in the nearby area so it was good enough.

GGuest UserThe hotel staying prices are generally very high in and around Washington DC but it worthed to stay at this hotel which was very close to the place of the meeting are for business. When I arrived to the hotel to make late check-in on 21st of April 2024 Sunday around 16:00 pm local time, the lady at the reception was very helpful and solution focused. The receptionist Mr.Danny was very helpful also while I was making check-out on the 25th of April 2024 in the morning.
