KKareenCEverything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol!
Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited..
Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines.
Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm.
We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶
This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

GGuest UserGood value and location for staying on Disney property. I stayed one night and got early access into Disney parks on Check in day and Check out day. The Walt Disney All Star hotels are priced the lowest of all Disney hotels and although they are not as fancy as the Floridian or as Coronado Springs, they are well with the stay. Clean room, great amenities

Room 1415.
Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly.
Lobby area has a ton of space to hang out with friends and family.
Pool is HUGE. It shares with its sister resort next door, but has a ton of sitting area.
There is a Pool bar, Flamingo Bar & Grill, which serves great drinks and amazing Pizza.
Saw a Game Room and a gym. They have a small pantry you can buy some snacks.
Plenty of parking is available. Free WIFI (no issues using my laptop).
Breakfast is also included with your stay. They have the basics, but plenty of options for all in your party.
Had a King Suite room on the 4th floor.
Having stayed at other Springhill Suites, I knew what this room would be like.
Super comfortable bed and pillows. The room was super clean with plenty of pillows and towels.
Bathroom was very clean and loved the shower products.
The A/C was super cold and the TV had the option to stream Netflix and other services.
Microwave coffee maker and mini-fridge were also in the room.
Size of room is great. Comfortable and clean.
LOCATION: Flamingo Crossings
This is an area that Disney announced many years ago was coming. It is on the West Side of Disney property. I drove to Epcot in 15min and Disney Springs took me about 25 min. Since Flamingo Crossings is still being built out, traffic is not bad at all. Also, its not in a busy tourist area. So if you are looking for peace after spending a long day at the parks, this area is a great choice.
Free WIFI, breakfast, plenty of parking, large pool, comfortable & clean accommodations + location, this Springhill’s Suite is really an amazing value.
I can’t wait to stay here again.

MMdepingguoThe hotel room is very new and clean! It is very convenient to go to various parks, either by shuttle or by boat. I like it very much and was surprised that it was so comfortable. I stayed for four nights, and I came back to rest and replenish supplies on two days because I was tired. It is also convenient to order takeout. It is convenient to take a taxi to the supermarket to buy food and go shopping at the outlet. I highly recommend it! I was supposed to check out at 11 o'clock, but I wanted to extend it for one more hour. I went to the front desk to apply and was exempted from the $40 fee.

AAnonymous UserI had originally planned to book for three nights, but somehow I only booked for two, so I had to add an extra night at the next hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent and quiet, and the staff are very friendly and patient. The hygiene and environment are also top-notch. Our suite was 55 square meters and very spacious. There's a convenient ferry service right at the hotel to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot, plus we got to enjoy the benefit of early entry, an hour before opening. All in all, staying at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort was definitely worth it.
