Room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Needed to be close to the train station and it was within walking distance … breakfast was simple .

The hotel is new and the location is very good. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The reception is very kind and hospitable . 张瑞 has been very polite and helped for checkin and checkout. Thanks a lot.

The hotel is nice and new, and very close to the hight speed train station. Other than that the area is very boring, this is not the centre. also in the room you could only put on central heating and not cooling, making the air very warm and hard to breath. I slept very bad because it was so warm in the room even after turning off the heating. there were also mosquitos in the room when i came in. other than that, the design in the room was very good.

The room are gorgeousss!!! Also super convenient if you arrive by train. The Staff also helped me book my bus for the next day which so super helpful. WiFi is very instable tho, I had to stay on my phone data.

設施：酒店算比較新
衞生：很差 床單被罩污漬沒洗乾淨 四個枕頭其中有一個枕套也不換 味道很大。被子打開還有黑色的渣渣，地上床頭傢俱上一層毛毛 床頭燈也沒有打掃一樣，打電話給前台才來更換，帶孩子住衞生很重要，所以體驗特別差
樓道里有煙味，早晨起來外面也有煙味飄進來，住了三天凱悦也就貴了300塊 早餐特別豐富 泳池浴缸都有，這個衞生間的味道也大。
早餐：跟隔壁酒店共用一個餐廳，外包的。不豐富，衞生體驗也不好，吃了碗牛肉麪就走了……不明白700多的酒店跟300有什麼區別

設施：一應俱全，房間自動化窗簾很方便，洗澡非常舒服
衞生：很乾凈，擺放整齊
環境：晚上睡覺特別安靜，離西站很近，酒店後面有很多餐館
服務：會送果盤，水果新鮮，送其它生活用品時效率高，態度好

房間整體還是不錯的，離蘭州西客站很近，步行700米，過個天橋就到。酒店周邊有大潤發和牛肉麪，交通比較方便。
辦理入住效率很高，房間也比較新，衞生不錯，值得再次入住。

早一天預約了接站，可是酒店工作人員竟然給忘了安排，大半夜的在火車站等了老半天，後來自己打車到酒店才發現，原來酒店離車站非常近，早知道走過來就好了。酒店周邊有超市，飯店之類的，還算是方便。酒店設施也比較新，房間佈局一般，衞生打掃也較為及時。早餐人很多，因為跟旁邊的酒店共用一個餐廳，品種不是很多，牛肉麪還行。總體來説性價比還可以。酒店離市區打車大概二三十分鐘左右，較為方便。
