房間與網上圖片別無二致，裝修風格跟名字一樣簡約得體，衞生狀況沒得説，乾淨，讓人入住無比放心，周邊交通極為便利，下次在來遊玩，必然選擇這家，就是房間裏面的蚊子忒別多，不喜歡蚊子的謹慎選擇。

這個賓館比較老了，很多設施可以看出用了很久，水龍頭出水小，洗漱急死個人，沖水馬桶也該修一修，沖完水不回彈還在流水，挺浪費水的，住的房間臨近街區，7 點鐘各種車的發動機就開始嗚嗚響了，特別吵，住這裡是因為靠近東方紅地鐵站，沒想到還要搬着行李爬上爬下，到了賓館還要爬樓梯，沒有電梯，總之，不在乎這些的建議住，房間價是附近最便宜的。給前台工作人員好評。
