高級大床房沒有窗户OK，空調總得給力吧，很熱很悶，空調就是擺設一樣第一次在星級酒店住的這麼憋屈一整天都在冒汗。空調開16度房間28度。感覺有種花了大幾百找罪受一樣，一點沒有性價比。

這家酒店環境真的不錯。訂房子的時候沒發現窗户在過道旁邊，跟前台説讓調一個有采光的房間。也給調了。酒店還給準備了伴手禮。裏面有手膜。和小朋友的玩具。房間特別大。衞生也很好。

酒店位置很好，臨近地鐵站，出行方便。環境衞生很不錯，服務尤其好，有小童拖鞋和牙刷，地下免費停車。
我住的房間，空調壞了，不出冷風，半夜才開空調，發現不出冷風也不好意思叫服務員，就這麼房間內26度睡了一晚，根本沒有休息好。
第二天沖涼，調節水温開關，一碰就掉了，自己再按上去，也不知道水温是冷還是熱，就摸索着洗了個澡。另外，護髮素沒有及時補充，空瓶，頭髮就將就着洗完了。
真的是一言難盡啊！建議工作人員查一下我住的這個房間，一個酒店方方面面，不能衹盯着前台服務態度，工程和保潔做事紕漏百出。
