和酒店老闆提前一天説要延遲退房，竟然一小時40。我3點退房，收了120，這是我住過最坑的房間了。。。也怪我，沒有像以前一樣提前和客服溝通，讓客服去和酒店協商！

服務態度非常好，唯一的缺點是廁所太小，上起來有點麻煩，電梯分單層和雙層，單層來的太慢雙層到不了酒店樓層，總體來説挺好的好，但在一些小事情上稍微有點不太方便

在這個酒店上網實名認證程序複雜要手機收驗證碼要認臉識別如果認證的人和登錄遊戲的人一樣帳號被盜！！帳號被盜！！帳號被盜！！嚴重懷疑酒店的複雜操作就是為了盜號有一個電腦是a登的b打的就沒有問題嚴重懷疑盜取我們的人臉訊息和驗證碼訊息差評非常差評其他酒店都衹需要輸入身份證號即可這個陌生軟件陌生操作十分差評十年的帳號被盜啦
