衞生乾淨，服務員態度很好，必須給一個大大的點贊。尤其是免費停車，在蘭州市中心太難得了。本來上午離店，但服務員説你們逛完了才來開車，晩上九點才開走，也沒有收一分錢。給旅途增加了一份温馨。飯店離蘭州大學很近。周圍美食也多。

大環境還行，感覺這家主要以吃飯為主，進去房間蠻陳舊的，馬桶裏有一大團頭髮，房間裏電話是壞的，在攜程上找聯繫方式打電話給前台説了就來人處理了，服務態度還是不錯的，整體來説還行吧，下次來應該還會點。

所有都可以忽略不計，因為整體都還過得去，地理位置是可以的，周邊都有很多好吃的。但是床絕對不行，首先上面寫的1.1寬的床，根本不到，我量了一下應該是0.9寬的床，並且那個被子和枕頭質量特別的不好，導致我一整晚都沒有睡着，被子根本不透氣，第二天果斷退房，本來是定兩天的，客服人員還問我怎麼不舒服，我想了一晚上，終於想到怎麼不舒服，這個床的寬度和被子枕頭四件套就像火車硬卧的配置，根本不能算是一個酒店的配置，連賓館都算不上，特別的不好。大廳裝修那麼好乾什麼，不把這些錢花在應該花的床品和讓顧客住的舒服上面，我看衹要住過一次，感受過床品，尤其是那個被子，不會有回頭客的，房間幹到死，也不配加濕器，乾的流鼻血，很不適合南方人。希望老闆好好反思一下，生意不是這麼做的。

前台小姐姐非常熱情，房間也很不錯，停車場也很方便，對面就是一家老字號牛肉麪店，看到我們帶了長者，免費升級了房型，蘭州人民很友好也很熱情，這裏距離附近商場夜市都很近，下次一定會再來的！

這次入住該飯店∶1.前台服務熱情周到、細緻、認真∶我未入住前給飯店前台打電話請幫助接一下我的快遞，我晚來4天，前台台賬交接記錄詳細，拿到貨完整無損。2.進飯店，前台客服小祁，見我們是長者立即站起禮貌、熱情周到、細緻地安排我們入住，感到很温馨，給小祁的服務五星好評。3.大廳、電梯、走廊乾淨整潔，幾乎沒有蚊子。4.前台客服和客房部協調、配合默契。房間電視打不開，告知前台，客房部立即來了一位高個子客服，她熱情打開電視，我提出添2個枕頭，她轉身立即送來枕頭，我提出每天早9點前倒垃圾，她立即安排，我入住4晚，每天客房部9點前來倒垃圾，我給客房部高個子客服及其他客服五星好評。這次入住，我感受到了家的感覺，乾淨、温馨、輕鬆、愉快。這真是飯店制度是為人服務的，給飯店管理層五星好評。

房間位置很好，距離商業街比較近，設施很新，酒店有自己的停車場，停車很方便，但是房間有點小，感覺特別擁擠了，其他沒有什麼問題，很不錯的住宿體驗。
