此次住店體驗極差。因陪長者看病，到達蘭州晚且國慶怕住宿緊張，看同程上該店宣傳圖片尚可、價格合理便下單。到達後按房東電話遙控上四樓拉門，卻敲錯房門遭人怒罵，房東立刻掛斷電話。鄰居再次聯繫房東才來開門，房東不僅不解釋自己指示錯誤，還呵斥我，説我敲錯門影響了他們鄰里和睦，全然不顧是他引導有誤且房門標識不易注意到。進入房間後，床榻冰冷，詢問暖氣卻被房東惡語相向，彷彿我問了不該問的問題。再者，廁所一平米左右，空間狹小且十分雜亂，與同程上的宣傳圖大相徑庭。綜合來看，整個住店過程從入住前的引導到入住後的服務設施等各方面都存在嚴重問題，完全沒有達到應有的服務水準，這是一次非常糟糕的住店經歷。

不好，定的一室一廳，最後住的是一個很奇怪的屋子，裏面五個床，沒有客廳，衞生間很小很差 環境不好，衞生也不好，住的時候半夜聽見外面有人，安全性一般，建議慎重考慮
