酒店商圈中心，離南關十字，張掖路，中山橋，以及各個小吃街都挺近，出行方便，出地鐵步行兩三分鐘就可以到酒店，裝修風格簡約，大氣，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務熱情，每位服務人員都微笑服務，總體住的比較滿意

設施：定了普通標間，結果房間里正對着床的位置有一扇不知道通往哪裡的門！很嚇人！後來給換了高級標間，結果和普通標間的房型一模一樣，除了樓層高一點，房間內沒有莫名其妙的門以外沒有任何區別！！！不知道高級在哪裡？
服務：極差！極差！極差！一個沒帶工牌的女的（由於她不戴工牌且拒不告訴我她的名字，所以我並不知道我她是否是如家的員工！）在我已經出示所有入住人員的身份證後故意刁難我，稱必須要身份證上的每一位住客出現在她面前讓她看到才能給我們辦入住！當時時間已經夜裡十一點多，我們一部分人去停車，一部分人先來辦入住希望能節省時間儘快休息，沒想到受到這樣蠻橫不講理且不符合規定的對待！直到我退房，這個女的也沒有向我道歉，並且沒有給我任何賠償！衹推出了一個實習生來敷衍我們，我對這種員工逃避責任，用實習生當擋箭牌的行為表示十分憤怒和鄙視！沒想到如家這麼大的品牌，員工是這樣的作風！
環境：停車環境極差！極差！極差！住店也需要付停車費，且地庫臟亂差！負責看守的大爺態度也極差，在地庫車位充足的情況下衹允許我們停到一個犄角旮旯的位置，並且告訴我們“衹能停那一個位置，不停就走人”，配套的設施極差！體驗非常差！
是一次極差的住店體驗！再也不會選擇如家！！！

酒店服務員的服務態度很棒，一路上也是有聊天。房間很大，房間都有窗户，早餐好吃豐富，這裏設施很全，佈置很好，跟圖片上是一樣的。價格比較實惠，玩的很開心。酒店非常整潔乾淨，地理位置也很方便，下次還會來這裏哦！

非常不滿意，房間的礦泉水竟然是開封的，也沒人更換查看，隔音也很差，半夜各種噪音，後續不會在考慮這家了。酒店洗浴開關的把手也也是壞的，整體維護很差。
