這次入住真的遠超預期，從硬件設施到人文服務，每一處都讓人倍感舒心！房間設施特別齊全，床品柔軟、洗漱用品品質在線，日常所需一應俱全，使用感超棒。衞生更是無可挑剔，房間角落、桌面地面一塵不染，衞生間乾爽無異味，住着特別安心。暖氣給得特別足，北方的冬天入住完全不覺得冷，搭配房間裏的加濕器，空氣濕潤不乾燥，睡眠質量都變好了～無線網網速超快，不管是辦公刷劇還是視頻通話，都流暢不卡頓，這點太加分了！酒店自帶停車場，停車方便又安全，對於自駕出行的我們來説太實用了。早餐種類豐富又美味，熱菜、主食、粥品、水果一應俱全，食材新鮮、口味在線，吃飽喝足開啟一天超滿足。一樓的自動售賣機也特別貼心，深夜想補個零食飲料都超方便，不用跑遠路。最驚喜的是酒店裡的大熊貓手辦，瞬間戳中喜好！大熊貓元素可愛又治癒，讓酒店多了份獨特的趣味和温度，忍不住拍照打卡～更要誇誇前台王娜！辦理入住時耐心細緻，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊遊玩攻略，有任何疑問都第一時間解答，態度親切又專業，讓我們剛到就感受到滿滿的暖意。從硬件配置到細節設計，再到王娜的暖心服務，都能感受到酒店的用心，性價比超高，下次來還選這裏！

房間又大又亮堂，衞生搞得乾乾淨淨，衞生間也沒異味，床單被罩乾淨，被子軟乎乎的超舒服，還配了兩個不同的枕頭，睡着太得勁了！設施特全，暖氣熱得穿薄衣就行，還有加濕器和空氣凈化器，想得太周到了！熱水足、水温穩，洗澡超爽。網速賊快。隔音也好，加上院子大，環境安安靜靜的，住着太舒心。停車也方便，到了直接有位置！服務更是沒話説！前台和客房的人都特熱情，有啥需求馬上響應。最貼心的是我落了文件，小付主動聯繫幫忙寄回來，太負責了！早餐種類多、吃得飽，下午茶也好吃。位置也方便，出行超順！值得推薦！設施：非常好

出行第一站落地蘭州，在諸多賓館中選擇了君通長城賓館，絕對是最正確的選擇。從辦理入住到退房離開，整個體驗堪稱完美。必須大力稱讚的是無微不至的服務。剛走進大堂，前台工作人員温暖真誠的微笑瞬間洗去了我一路的疲憊。辦理入住手續高效迅速，過程中她們始終保持着專業的站姿和耐心的解答。讓我印象深刻的是，得知我是首次入住，她們不僅詳細介紹了酒店的設施，還主動詢問樓層和房間朝向的偏好，這種站在客人角度思考的主動服務意識，真的讓人倍感尊貴與舒心。入住期間，無論是走廊裏遇到的保潔阿姨，還是其他工作人員，都會面帶微笑地主動問好，這種賓至如歸的感覺，實在太棒了！其次，酒店的衞生狀況令人極度安心。一塵不染的桌面、整齊鋪設的床品，無一不彰顯着酒店在衞生方面的嚴格標準。衞生間所能看見設施和玻璃鏡面都擦拭得光可鑒人，沒有任何水漬；燒水壺內部也潔凈如新，讓人使用起來毫無顧慮。能感受到酒店在清潔上絕不含糊，房間設施的齊全，還貼心的專門給帶有孩子的住客準備了小童拖鞋，還配備了加濕器，衞生間也是貼心的配備了吹風機，風力充足，對於洗完頭需要立刻打理頭髮的我來説簡直是太方便了！此外，洗漱用品也配備齊全。最後特別表揚前台小李，服務熱情有禮貌，對待問題耐心解答。超讚👍🏻推薦給所有出行的朋友！下次再來，這裏必定是我的不二之選！

來蘭州出差住了長城賓館，完全超出預期，必須認真誇一波！衞生這塊特別讓人安心，房間整體敞亮又乾淨，床上用品摸起來乾爽柔軟，沒一點污漬，衞生間細節更是到位，洗漱區看不到水漬，用品擺得整整齊齊，住進去就覺得舒服。設施特別實用，日常需要的家電一樣不缺，熱水秒出不用等，空調調温快還安靜，隔音效果也棒，晚上能睡個安穩覺，房間裏還配了空氣凈化器和加濕器，細節太貼心；無線網速度也快，加班辦公刷文件完全不卡，連房間裏的茶葉都很好喝，忙完喝上一杯特別解乏。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮得很，餐具也乾淨，吃飽吃好完全沒問題，不用一大早費心找外面的早餐店；下午茶也很贊，忙完工作歇會兒吃點喝點，特別愜意。停車超方便，有專屬場地，不用繞着找車位，還有工作人員指引，上下行李省了不少事，自駕黨真的愛了。地理位置也靠譜，離公交、地鐵站都近，出行方便，周邊生活配套全，買東西、吃蘭州特色都方便，價格還平價。服務更是沒話説，樓層服務員熱情又周到，遇到都會主動打招呼；前台小付態度特別親切，辦理業務又快又利索，還會主動考慮需求，有問題找她都能及時解決；退房時還貼心送了小禮物，感覺特別温暖。性價比是真高，各方面都在線，花這個錢太值了，不管是出差還是來蘭州旅遊，選這家準沒錯，下次來蘭州肯定還住這兒！

帶孩子入住長城賓館，體驗特別好！停車方便，位置超讚，步行到王府井商圈很方便，去地鐵站、火車站也近，逛中山橋、黃河母親都省事；環境乾淨舒服，大堂整潔，房間寬敞，住得很舒心；衞生沒話説，床品乾淨，衞生間乾爽；設施都好用，早餐豐富，但熱粥、麪食都有，吃着暖胃；尤其要誇前台小付，服務特別熱情，辦入住、介紹景點都耐心，有需求也及時幫解決，特別貼心。下次來蘭州還選這，推薦！
